is this a serious hotel? Customer service is really like that. Everywhere the front office helps solve customer or guest problems. When guests complain, they laugh at them, some even run away and hide, what kind of receptionist is that? It's really bad that guests are not respected at all, their language and the way they speak are not polite at all. If there was a place to complain other than Feedback to OYO, I would have submitted the complaint so it would be blacklisted.I ordered several days before when I arrived and said the rooms were full and told me to look for another hotel, but there was no prior notification at all. When asked why there were no updates on the application, he even curtly blamed the customer, strangely confused, but that's the reality.

the place is ok..it's not like what I read in people's reviews on Google..I got a room with twin beds..ac..ensuite bathroom and also a TV..even though the tv couldn't turn on..but the facilities were ok. at a price of 200 per night. The room is quite big..the father who owns the inn is very friendly..recently I was able to negotiate the price with the one who owns the inn..thank God, the owner of the inn gave it a cheap price..behind the room there is also a fish pond which is quite big..suitable for relaxing while drinking tea..coffee or smoking..

Feels trapped booking at a hotel here, online hotel booking rooms are available. When we arrived at the place, the reason was full, I was asked why the online website wasn't closed, the answer was I didn't know, asked for a refund via the application, the problem was that the booking couldn't be refunded. I feel like I've been cheated by the hotel, it's not really how much I paid. Just looking at the reviews, many people have been deceived by this hotel. The statement is only sharia but it deceives customers. Good luck with the results

If there could be anything worse than one star I would definitely choose that, I've booked via Oyo + I've paid and when I arrived at the place there was no one guarding the place then the writing on the room door was full of clarity, it would really make people lose money if that's the case, there's no point in collaborating with Oyo!!!!
