We booked through agoda and the reservation was completed at 7:10 p.m. Then at 7:45 p.m. the hotel called to inform us that the room we reserved with a single bed was full. Gave a double room instead. Like this, B2 or Agoda? To be responsible, very bad, not okay at all, very bad.

Very surprised with the size of the room for 3 adults. The room is spacious and satisfying. Cleanliness is good, the air conditioner is cool, and the staff provide good service. The hotel is not difficult to find. But the entrance and exit from Vibhavadi is crowded with cars and the road is narrow. I only met motorcycles that wanted to be close to us.The disadvantage is that the water heater doesn't work. Turned out to be very hot water, scalding level, unable to adjust at all, had to endure using cold water. and narrow parking Not suitable for large family cars

Personally, the room is not clean. But what's not as impressive is the staff. We took my girlfriend's family, both children and pregnant women. My girlfriend is an Indian-Malaysian. They talk to each other. It might be loud, but they talk normally. But the cleaning staff's behavior isn't that cute. This time, if we annoyed other people or disturbed customers in other rooms, we apologize. Next time will choose a hotel that is more suitable for them.

I've been there 3-4 times. There's definitely a next time. The hotel is clean, the staff are beautiful, lovely, welcoming and extremely friendly. Seats waiting for the air conditioner to be cool and comfortable Turn on the music, very nice and enjoyable.

Whenever I come to do business around here, I always stay here. Clean, good service, soft bed, soft blankets, sleep comfortably. In front of the accommodation there is P'Win. There is a noodle shop at the mouth of the alley. Just walk out of the alley and call a taxi.
