This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel, to pick up laundry, the customer had to go down to the FO and then give us our clothes... There weren't any containers in the room either... The reason was that the vendor was from outside... Hey, it's only Amaris Kalimalang whose laundry is from outside vendors. ?? There are lots of other hotels too. But the laundry is still picked up, not the customer who comes under the FO.. Then when it's done the laundry is also picked up at the FO.. Whaaaattttt... I once stayed at a hotel whose star/class was below Amaris, he picked it up, you know.. It's crazy.. Because the tilapia is a speck of spoiled milk in the pot.. It's crazy, I'm sure, I will think 3000 times about staying here again, if I don't have to, I won't come here.

the room was not clean, there were bedbugs on the mattress. It's normal to feel itchy when you sleep. Apart from mattress matters, only 1 card is given per room, even for rooms with 2 guests. there is a smell of urine from under the mattress near the bathroom for room 707. I have 3 complaints, if you read it, hopefully it will be fixed. For hotels that have just opened, their condition is not very well maintained.Room and service score update: when I checked in the other day, I got room 607, it was much better in terms of cleanliness, I also wanted to give 2 access cards now, it's possible that the first time I checked in, the room was the only one with a problem. Anyway, what's great is that I haven't informed you yet, there is a free breakfast buffet, although it's not a super luxurious buffet, but it's very good. keep this breakfast thing going...

Actually, we live in Bekasi so we stayed overnight because there were relatives visiting Bekasi and I recommend staying here because the hotel is a new hotel so I think it's still good and clean, the location is close to the mall so if you want to find entertainment and food, just walk a little way to get there. in Grand Metropolitan, and the location is very strategic because it is close to the West Bekasi toll gate. We came directly without booking on Saturday, the room availability was still there because I was a member so there were additional discounts and there were room upgrades or they were given the best rooms. We got rooms in 1012 and 1002, the rooms were spacious and had quite large windows. 1012 faces the toll road and LRT tracks, and in the afternoon and the sky is clear we can see the mountains from a distance. The downside is that because it is close to the toll road, the sound of cars passing by and passing trains can still be heard in the room and the bathroom is relatively slippery because the floor still has water that is stagnant and does not enter the drain. And if on a busy day and the rooms are full we only get 1 key which is a bit of a hassle because the lift uses access so if I want to go down just get things or food from the bottom so I have to repeatedly ask for access to the FO for help, right? Overall, the experience of staying here was quite pleasant, especially as it could be said to be a 2 star hotel, but the service was extraordinary and the cleanliness of the rooms was good. Thank you very much for your service.
