Bad attitude staff, don't know how to convey information to customers properly.The security guard at the front of the mall was very friendly and polite.Need to be trained again, the staff is so rude

I've been to Bonzela 3 times, so far the service, rooms and prices are still good... keep it up, sis. As for amenities, sometimes there are some, sometimes not and it's better if the deposit is optional, bro, because I rarely bring extra money, hahaha. Hopefully the next order will still make customers comfortable. Thank You

You know who you're dealing with!!The key to the unit is lost, aka it was a mistake because I forgot to put the key in, but that's strange, it's a matter of minutes, there's not even a clock, but the key CAN BE LOST??? I complained downstairs, and the staff on duty admitted that there were many similar incidents. Game? Think about it yourself.I'm ready to pay. Someone came in the name of a mechanic, and claimed not to be from Bonzela, bringing a replacement key and asking for payment but transfer to a personal account??? I rented from Bonzela right???Either the mechanic or Bonzela admitted that they couldn't give me a receipt for payment for changing the key either??? I got a unit rental receipt, I got a deposit receipt, but Bonzela insists they can't issue a receipt?? Or from the mechanic side, and again Bonzela admits that mechanics are not part of them???Am I renting to Bonzela???Again, you know who you're dealing with!! You know exactly who wrote this review :)I give a rating of 0 out of 5 stars, not even 1 (but should give at least 1 star) for your hospitality standards. Bonzela Property is not deserving at all.

Try staying 1 night with the kids. The plan is to take the kids to stay overnight while swimming. Good service, clean unit. As a result, children enjoy playing and enjoy swimming. Next I want to stay again at Bonzela. Cuss, try staying overnight!!

Previously, I stayed at Patria Park, I was very satisfied, then tried the one here and it turned out to be okay too 😁 I got a room with a good view, not bad for healing on the weekend

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Grand KAMALA LAGOON , and it was a complete disaster and utterly disgusting! . The room was infested with cockroaches! I saw them scurrying across the floor, crawling on the bed, and even in the bathroom. It was like they had taken over the place.But that wasn't the only issue. The walls were covered in mold and mildew, and the air was thick with a damp, musty smell. It was clear that the hotel had a serious problem with moisture and ventilation.The staff seemed unprofessional when I complained about the cockroach they just say " ah there is nothing we can do".Do you guys think im a clown??Beware! Make sure you guys CHECK THE ROOM before MAKING A PAYMENT! BECAUSE THEY WONT GIVE YOU A REFUND !!Overall, my experience at this hotel was unacceptable, it was a total DISASTER!I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Until they take serious steps to address these issues, stay far, far away!Pros: NONECons:- Cockroach- Mold and mildew on walls- Poor ventilation and damp air- Unresponsive staff- UnClean and unhygienic conditionsWould I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY NOT!
