Actually there are no problems with the accommodation, the place is clean and nice, BUT the problem is the receptionist.Initially I came to check in at around half past 10 in the evening because I had finished the event, then I also ordered/booked via the Reddoorz application, the price per night was 99k and other costs were 108k. When I checked in, the problem was that I was told to add another 80k because they said that price was not possible and the application was not replaced. Please give the correct price so people don't misunderstand. because I was too lazy to debate and I was tired, I wanted to take a break, so I said yes and added 80k.Then, I was in the position alone and the accommodation was really quiet without anyone. So, guys, it's really strange from the start, the smiles are unclear. and he was alone. When he checked in, he asked for his cellphone number and said if there was anything, just chat or go up to the reception area. At first I said yes because it's normal for receptionists to talk like that, right? but after I asked for help to repair the TV, the guy still seemed to invite/order me upstairs to drink coffee with him to make small talk and tell a story. Here I am really uncomfortable always being asked to drink coffee with him. grinning when serving me. what a girl I thought. I was afraid because the receptionist's movements were suspicious, especially since I'm a single girl, so I called my friend to watch over me so that this person wouldn't be strange. It's strange that the inn employs such impudent people. no longer staying here!!! If you're a girl alone, it's better to be careful than getting zagged

If you order/want to order from Reddorz, ​​be careful, because the homestay will ask for an additional 50k from the price paid at Reddorz.Equipment is incomplete. Those staying with 2 adults are only given 1 towel.The map pin is slightly deviated from the homestay so Google Maps directs you to enter the alley. Even though the homestay is located on the side of the road.

The first time I came here, the room was full, why is it always full access in the middle of the city, the room is clean, only in the basement there is no hot water, you can have breakfast with bread and coffee, mineral water only in the room next to the reception

This hotel is one of the best Reddoorz hotels I have ever stayed at. The advantages are:- The hotel is located on the side of a major road, so it is very easy to find- Reception and hotel staff are very friendly- Clean, starting from the parking lot, lobby, dining room, to clean rooms- The rooms are very comfortable and smell good (don't smell of cigarette smoke)- The AC is really cold- Given free mineral water in the room- Breakfast is just plain bread and jam- Free tea and coffee 24 hours (available in the dining room), there is a dispenser too- Hot water for bathing is available 24 hours- Smart TVsAs for the drawbacks:- The sink pipe in my room (201) is leaking a bit, but it's not too annoying- The head pillow is thin, but for me it is still comfortable enough to use- Because my room is at the front, so if there are guests smoking in the dining room, the smell of cigarette smoke enters the room through the doors. Maybe if the room is a bit deeper, it won't be as good...- There are no free toothbrushes and toothpaste (it's not a problem for me because I bring my own)- Like many other Reddoorz, the walls of the room are very thin because they are not made of brick, so if there are guests in the next room talking loudly, the sound is very audible and quite annoying... fortunately on the second day the room next to mine was already empty, so there were no more noisy sound..hehe. So, we as guests staying at Reddorz must also know ourselves, to maintain calm when staying at Reddorz because the walls of the Reddoorz rooms are not as thick as those in star hotels because this is an economical hotel.Overall, I was very satisfied staying at Reddoorz Syariah near Taman Bekapai 2 and because it was so comfortable, I stayed here for 5 days.
