Lots of tomcats, dirty, asked for spray for insects not given, asked to change rooms but also given, no refund, loss. Checked in at 6 pm and had to check out at 10 pm

One of the hotels with the best prices on the outskirts of Jakarta, the location is near the bus agent and toll exit, those who want to go to TMII must stay here, but unfortunately the room I stayed in had lots of ants, apart from that it is suitable for the price, there is a swimming pool, mini gym, near the hotel there is cafe, mcd, indomrt, gas station, tent food stall

The room AC wasn't cold, it just felt like the wind. Cleanliness is lacking, the bathroom walls are down and the floor. Lots of small animals (insects) on the bed and mosquitoes.

Well, the place is average, there is a bit of a lack in everything, because the service provided is not in the level of a standard hotel.The location is good but the position of the hotel makes you have to walk quite a bit to reach a nearby minimart or cafe or restaurant. It's also a bit difficult to get an online taxi, spare more time to order, like 20-30 minutes.The room is nice, the aircon works perfectly, all functioning but the bathroom could really be better cleaned; a scrubbing brush would finish the job, and please fix the drainage, it's really unpleasant to take bath when the drainage works really, I mean really slow. And i think the toilet or the toilet hose also has a leaking problem.I was quite happy when I entered the room, but devastated when I saw the bathroom.And the room will not cleaned everyday. Our team stayed for 2 and 3 nights, and it has never been cleaned.Breakfast is good, but it is a package with no choice of menu, seems like it was order from third party. We order bf at 6, but it always comes too late, understandably because it was prepared somewhere else. Bring water and food from outside, as there is no stall or store in the building that opened early morning or late at night.The service is really friendly and helpful, but there is no 24hr receptionist. So please keep in mind in the morning they will come start at 8. At the day we have to check out we have to really wait until s.o. show up. Luckily there is one female worker who comes, the poor girl has to walk up and down to check room and checking people out. We put deposit, so we have no choice but to wait to get the deposit back.I was not inform about it as we arrive. Luckily as we check out we don't have to catch a flight or train. I couldn't imagine people who had the situation.So like I said, a good place with a bit of a lack in everything. And as we do business travel, likely we will not return here, it is not practical for us. It might suit you, if you do a bit of a slow and relaxing journey.

Really like staying here. The room is not that big, the design is simple and feels very homely. And what makes me like it is that the room smells good and all the equipment smells good too. Love love for the room and price. Only 1 input, actually the room was clean but now there is still loose hair left on the floor. JD if BS is more thorough. But overall it's okay...
