DISAPPOINTED and DISAPPOINTED.Stay here 7-10 July 2024 (three nights) with payment IDR 1,521,130,-The rooms are clean although not spacious enough. I took a photo of some of the stains on the bedsheet as proof so that I wouldn't get fined. Book via the application and check in at the fast receptionist and friendly security. But without breakfast.As input:Guests with four wheels need to think before being disappointed. Because parking is limited (max 8 cars) and *car keys are left at the reception. If another guest's car wants to leave, your car has to be moved in and out of the parking lot by security, which can also be done by other guests (so our car has no privacy and is vulnerable). Not to mention there are jockeys parking illegally in the free parking lot with our car.My experience was when security was on holiday. My car was taken out by another guest who was directed to park illegally, and left parked on the side of the road with the windows and car doors open. And I was disappointed when I checked out when I asked for the car keys (remote+key) but it turned out there weren't any (missing) the receptionist was throwing pickets at each other and making excuses, looking irresponsible. Asked for my cellphone number, but no confirmation. I called 3 times in 7 days but there was no clarity until almost 1 month. Thank God, at the time of the incident I still had a spare key with me so I could still go home by car.Furthermore, only 1 room key is also given. Meanwhile, to take the elevator you have to use the cardlock. So it's a bit complicated if you bring a family or children who are left in the room. The solution given to take the elevator is to ask the officer for a cardlock.

We have stayed here several times and all the service is relatively good. It's just that for parking, the service would be better if security or staff were on standby to help, especially if it's busy. Service excellence training is needed for more complete service development

The place is cool, there is an elevator, quite a position in the middle of the city, friendly service, fast staff too. The drinking water is fresh.But the room is not soundproof, you can still hear the sound from the next room hehe
