A distant relative was staying here, but unfortunately the receptionist wasn't professional, he wasn't given a note, he forgot and didn't receive the money, even though it hadn't been 12 hours since the transaction had passed, he had amnesia hahaa... the other waiter's expensive smile made the hotel in the middle of the city scary, genuine hahaa...

There is a breakfast service, there is a dispenser (sugar, tea, coffee) in the pantry, hot shower water. Unfortunately, the floor is a bit dusty, the room is a bit cramped (there are other hotels that are more spacious at similar prices)...

Narrow rooms, dirty & cramped bathrooms. The shower is broken, the mattress needs to be replaced. My child was hit twice by the wire coming out of the mattress. The TV is on but there is no broadcast

There is a lot to note about this hotel. Starting from cleanliness and improving facilities.The hotel owner (Management) or perhaps OYO is responsible for conducting training for hotel staff. This determines the standards provided by the hotel to guests who will stay overnight.The first time I stayed at a hotel with the OYO label with facilities beyond expectations. Can be categorized as bad.Bathroom :The condition of the bathroom when I arrived was very dirty. The bathroom walls look dirty (yellow and brownish).Because the bathroom door was made of wood, it became moldy and couldn't be closed. There is no outside ventilation for the bathroom.Bathroom water is sometimes available, sometimes not.Room :The condition of the room at that time smelled of cigarettes. When I checked under the bed there were several cigarette butts which indicated that there were no hygiene standards implemented by the hotel when cleaning the room. I took the initiative to clean the room myself but even the broom and mop were not clean.The sink is unusable.Dirty walls everywhere and fragile paint.The AC is not too cold which is quite detrimental because Tenggarong is quite hot during the day.Wifi cannot reach rooms on upper floors.Not provided adequate clothes hangers. Just a hanger on the back of the door.Sitting room:The living room floor is not very clean. Lots of ants because there may be some pieces of food scattered around that aren't cleaned up straight away.There is a part of the room that is very full of dust and items that are not suitable for use.Other spaces:In some other rooms, the windows face inward and some don't even have windows so when you occupy them there's a lot of mold and dust.There are other rooms with the same price but the quality of the rooms is different. My room can still be categorized as a room where you can sleep, although comfort depends on who occupies it.Blankets, towels, bed covers in each room have different standards (may depend on price).Other disadvantages:- lots of empty rooms that can be utilized- the living room chairs upstairs are no longer in good conditionThe positive side:- strategic position can reach several shopping places and restaurants- can see the sunset in the afternoon- The lower living room is more comfortable to live in than the upper living room- wifi downstairs is betterSuggestions for Owners and OYO:- There needs to be good training for hotel staff because this is the responsibility of the hotel owner. If you want to employ anyone, if you are not trained or given an explanation of your standards, the condition of the hotel will be the same.- "there is a price there is an item" . But I feel there is only a price but no goods that I deserve. Hotel management is responsible for guest satisfaction. I saw a lot of responses from OYO but no further action. This indicates that guest complaints are not the main thing for the Grand Yuda Hotel.- Fees that guests have paid are the responsibility of the hotel management, try your best to make this hotel better so that more guests visitHopefully this criticism and suggestions can provide useful input.
