bought it on Agoda but when I arrived at the hotel the rooms were full and one was left which was super ugly... the air conditioner wasn't cold and there was a small fan which was dusty... the door handle was broken so I didn't stay here. The receptionist was grumpy and didn't want to give me my money back turn on the application. Basically, don't stay here, regret it......💨

Disappointed, because the address was wrong, even though the handwritten address from me was correct, the printed address from J&T was wrong. Very disappointed, it took 3 days to arrive

Price does not match application..!!It's best if you want to stay at this hotel, don't pay on the app, just pay on the spot, because the room price doesn't match the app!Room cleanliness is not good!Lots of cigarette ash, the toilet water sometimes works, sometimes doesn't!, there is no toothpaste, shampoo, etc., the towels smell, there is rubbish in the cupboard, the TV has no service, the AC is cold, there is no remote!No mineral water is provided.

The room is damp, stuffy, smelly... the picture in the application doesn't match, the bathroom smells like the water doesn't flow until I can't stop urinating, I don't even have water to do ablution. I was told to wait for an hour until it still didn't flow, I got angry at the receptionist and then got busy taking care of the water. .

I had time to book at this hotel via Agoda...but was refused and told to pay again...to the hotel 20 k...and after...I saw the room...the one he gave me didn't match what I ordered...if Accordingly, I had to add 117-120 k...I was told to check my reservation...he said pay first, I'll take a photo...because the application is on the 2nd floor.....it should be if it collaborates with another application...make sure it's really correct ..so customers don't become victims.....

Ordered online, but the father seemed to be really insulting because I ordered online even though I wouldn't have known the hotel if it hadn't been online, the room I was given at the end had mice shriveling until I slept wearing a mask because it smelled of shrew urine
