First impression: the building is very unique... When I arrived, I saw that half of my sandals were stored outside, so the auto check-in machine clicked...Bikan's location is on the side of the road so it is relatively quiet

The first time you arrive you are presented with a view of the building and interior that is a feast for the eyes. The service is super friendly and responsiveInitially there was damage to the shower hose which was immediately repaired after reporting it to the receptionistAccess to the road is quite difficult because it's your first time, but the gate is immediately explained from what time to what time to make it easier when you want to go in and out and buy food.

For just staying, this place is safe and comfortable, the toilets are clean.However there are some drawbacks to the room,1. The pillow does not have a cover2. No TV3. The AC is not too cold, because it does not go directly to the mattress.Apart from that it's ok, the price is affordable.

Recommended accommodation in Balikpapan.With affordable prices..The location is in a housing complex so there is portal access at certain times, but there is still 1 access which is 24 hours a day so you don't need to worry about going in and out.Stayed on the 2nd floor number 303.the rooms are spacious, have hot water, cold AC, complete facilities, friendly service.The view is champion🤘🔥

The place is comfortable, the room is also clean, the room smells good, the bathroom is also clean, basically it's great if you go to Balikpapan again, definitely come here and stay, maybe the AC, please check again, room 305 is a bit less cold, the rest is great

I was assigned room 101, the room is on the ground floor. It's quite spacious, the only thing that's ok is that the mattress is comfortable and the TV is ok. What's annoying is that the toilet doesn't really smell bad, it's very apparent that the maintenance is bad even though the service is friendly. Yes, it's a shame that it's not kept clean ☹️

Bad service, I want to take a shower when the water is dead....if someone stays overnight when defecating and then the water doesn't flow...it's enough just to stay here once

This hotel is unique and nice, the experience of staying 5 nights here (August 2023) was very - very good, for the price it is the best in its class. The hotel staff were friendly, responded quickly, the room was okay, the view was okay. It's recommended to stay here.The downside is that it's farthest from the mall (20 minutes) and the entry portal at 8 is closed so it's a bit tricky, generally in clusters, but this isn't really a problem.Here is a photo of the room I stayed in and the view is right next to the bed. Beautiful for me

The rooms are clean, only lacking in TV facilities which are still under repair. The service is also good. The location is quite complicated if you go out at night because it is in a complex that has security. So if you use a car it's a bit complicated.
