From the experience of staying 4 nightsstrength :- Near MRT and Central Ladprao- There is an elevator, the room is spacious and looks clean.- Inside the room there is a microwave, plates, bowls, spoons, a dining table, a work desk, and a sink for washing dishes.weakness :- The property will clean the room and change towels every 3 days of your stay.- The bed, blankets, and pillows have a bad smell that you can't tell. It's like the mattress hasn't been washed.- The bed was very, very hard. I couldn't sleep well because of back pain. Feels like sleeping on a floor with a thin cloth spread over it. The pillows are not like pillows in other hotels. When you sleep, it collapses and then becomes hard. It slowly recovers. When you sleep, you get a headache.- Drinking water is not available every day. If you want it, you have to ask.- No breakfast- If it rains, the water will flood the alley. There will be no car to deliver. Had to walk through the water into the alley. which is approximately 1.7 km.Accommodation costs 800āļŋ/night, and on Fridays and Saturdays it is 900āļŋ/night, which is neither too cheap nor too expensive.But from the experience of staying I think it's not worth the money spent.

Some reviews are too much. It's not bad at all. This place has all the things you need. The water may not be that strong, but it can be used. There are bowls and spoons ready.Open Google map and look around, it's OK. There is an a la carte restaurant, Moo Kratha, 7-11 big C. The accommodation is in a bit of a deep alley but it's not that complicated.
