Forced to cancel my intention to stay here. Apart from the place being difficult to find, it looks shabby like a boarding house and what's worse is that the guards are not friendly and can even be said to be unethical when talking to guests. My wife and teenage son immediately fell into a bad mood. My body was already sore from driving from Bontang, when I arrived it was disappointing.Thankfully we finally got a much more comfortable guest house in Perum Korpotek. It's also closer to where we are going, namely Bigmall.Sorry I can't give a high rating. Hopefully it can be improved again in the future.

Highly not recommended for a trip, firstly the location is very difficult to find, the security environment is not guaranteed, the environment is noisy...Don't ask about comfort, the mattress smells musty, the toilet is dirty and not brushed and slippery, the mattress is soft and itchy.They even run out of water and the electricity tends to jump... There is a TV but it's not clear, the officers are not always on standby so don't expect a complaint to be answered...bad management...

doesn't really match the photo. If there were 0 stars, I would give them 0 stars. I really don't recommend lodging with an unclear concept. smelly small bathroom. the main room has leaking walls like a ghost house. the TV is not clear, the bed is about to break. The mattress smells like the bedsheet smells like the pillow has lots of fleas, not recommended. there are no mats, towels, smelly blankets, the bedsheets have lots of cigarette holes. the air conditioner is not cold, there is a lot of used tissue waste, there is no trash can. That is all and thank you

Very "disappointing, right? The service is 1 starIn the morning I wanted to check out but the receptionist was sleeping and was woken up several times, "I wasn't confused until the end, I just had to go to work because I was late, so coming back at night, I was charged more rent because he said it was already past check out time, even though he himself said yes, I'm sleeping... even though the room is only I only used it at night, in the morning I didn't use it at all, I didn't want to check out, it said it was past checkout, I was told to pay to extend it, if I paid to renew the room automatically I had to still use it and I checked out the next day but this didn't work. the reason is that the rooms that have been booked are already full so people are told to just pay to extend the room without being occupied... very disappointing for those who make people unable to check out but they are also the ones who tell people to pay for the extension!!!!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
