Avoid this so called hotel that’s operating with hostel standards, full of false advertising and highly unprofessional. And it’s almost impossible to communicate with the staff due to their poor English. Before arrival, I tried to contact them by writing and they took over a week to respond, and the response didn’t even referred to my questions at all. It’s obvious that they couldn’t understand those simple and short questions but couldn’t even be bothered to use translation tools.Upon checked in, we found out the room was different from the description details and the written answer they gave when I contacted for clarification. We booked a family room that has two bedrooms and one of the rooms was supposed to have two twin beds, which is the major reason we chose this, but instead it was a double size bed. I asked at the reception and the guy refused to give us what we booked for, and lied about “all family rooms come with two king/queen beds”, meaning no twin beds as they described and promised. I even showed them the picture on the description and the reply I received from them both confirming the opposite. Of course, they still refused to do anything and we were forced to accept this. Basically everything we got is completely different from what we were told before arrival. The balcony is only a 1 sqm size that’s apparently built for the AC generator, which is impossible to stand on because of the heat it generates. Also, they tried to make us pay for the minor stains left on A WHITE TOWEL, something that could easily be removed with low temp but they chose not to so they can do it again to everyone (they have a full list of items and prices charged as cleaning fees), what kind of legit hotel does that? Next level greediness for such low standard hotel but costs over 100€ per night, simply pathetic.

Stayed here for 4days, and generally feels good. Friendly staff. It’s not far from the university campus that I need to walk to everyday. But I have to point out that some management give me the sense that they don’t care much of the customer feeling. Maybe because that I booked the basement room? Or they are too busy. When I asked for help on laundry, it was solved in a not pleasant way. Please do treat customers equally. Thanks, after all.

Very good hotel of a high standard. Very clean, modern, everything new. There is a gym, a swimming pool, the rooms are large. The best hotel I had in Thailand. We got a room at the very top on the fifth floor with very large windows overlooking Bangkok - something brilliant. If I'm ever in Bangkok again, I'll definitely come back

Comfortable bed, with curtain for privacy, plug near the bed and place to store charging items.Shared bathroom divided between males and females, spacious with clean showers and toilets. Lots of sinks and mirrors. There is a shared kitchen. To access the structure and the room they give you a magnetic key.The room is small, apart from the beds and cabinets, there is little space to put your things and walk around. The facility is clean and welcoming. The only dirty thing found was the place to put items near the bed. If you arrive before check in you can leave your luggage in a closet.Top place, excellent quality/price.
