Very best in terms of rooms, service, breakfast👍. If you go to Berau, you really have to stay here, it's really comfortable. Choose an Executive Suite type room. Checking in was very late, didn't have time for dinner, then ordered Fuyunghai and the chicken wings were really delicious. Recommend it.

There are massage chairs in the lobby that can be used by overnight guests. Not bad for reducing fatigue after leaving the site

Clean rooms. The breakfast food is delicious and the hotel guests are very understanding, we have an early flight and can have breakfast from 6 o'clock and then take you back to the airport, which makes it even more comfortable because there are massage chairs, just so you know we're going on a tiring trip

I was here for three nights. It was an awesome hotel in the town—I think one of the best hotels in Tanjung Redeb. Breakfast was okay, with many various foods. The room was clean. There was a sky lounge on the 8th floor that had an incredible view of the city. And they had free services to the airport.

First of all thanks for the crew's for welcoming and greating during we stay the hotel in Strategi area besides Masjid restaurants shopping area around so you can walk and discover around specially at night, daily breakfast buffet it's same items and the taste not that much the a la carte dishes includes the taxes so expensive seems like in Sheraton 5 start which is not my room smell was bad the bathroom have issue ,I think the Hygiene not required I believe those things need more developments, thanks see you after 3 months hope everything gets maintained, thanks

You should ask first whether guests don't mind rooms that have connecting doors.If you're already inside, you'll just have to accept your fate if the neighbors are noisy.

I stayed here for 2 weeks with a deluxe room type. Small rooms, no hot water, no response when complaining. Not recommended for those who like hot showers
