Good location (check on maps for distances), very quite and intimate. Good value with big rooms, with ac, fridge, hairdryer and good laundry service, nice pool and only 6 rooms. The staff was very nice. Good (but spotty) wifi.

We booked this hotel for 3 days. After two days of not being able to stay for the third day, we checked out and booked another hotel. When we arrived at night, there was no one to welcome us. We had to walk through a very dark alley to get to the entrance of the hotel. No one came to help with the suitcases, their excuse was that there were no other staff present. When we entered the room the room smelled super bad. Mold smell, dirty linens, smelly towels and sheets. The next day we asked for clean towels and asked if the room could be cleaned and the bed linen changed. We only received clean towels. Bed was simply made up again, no new bedding was received. Room was just tidy and not cleaned. On the second day we asked for clean towels, we received the answer that everything was in the wash so we could not get clean towels. So unfriendly staff, no professionalism. So much noise pollution in the area. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone with worst experience ever.

We stayed in Bisma Terrace Suites for 3 days, decent stay. We didn't use the pool, the room was just ok for stay, a/c, fridge and ok bathroom, the bed was very good and also the pillows!! Breakfast is served in your balcony, you choose between 3 options.

Gorgeous little hotel, tucked away down a lane, so no street noise. Fabulous rain shower in a uniquely designed shower space, personal service, and surprisingly good sized pool for such a small hotel.|Delicious breakfast included and delivered to my door each morning - i opted for water instead of tea or coffee.

In general, the location etc. is nice, you know, in a central area, but;The towels smelled incredibly bad, we could hardly stand it and were afraid to take a shower.The sheets were not very clean and comfortable, as were the beds.Considering the price, we didn't expect much, but I wish it wasn't for the cleanliness.The room was also very small, but we managed in general terms due to its location.

Location is perfect! Walking distance to the centre but hidden enough to get a quiet atmosphere. Staff is lovely and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with 3 options to choose and fruit You do wake up with the rooster singing but it’s part of its magic 😉

The rooms are great, the service is super attentive (they offered us a pick-up service at the Denpasar airport) and the location is perfect, since you are in the heart of Ubud, but without traffic noise. Perfect breakfasts, spotless facilities, and at a very good price. Highly recommended.

Pros: Location is excellent, room is cozy. Service was very good. They arranged breakfast for us very early in the morning as we had to checkout early.Cons: Bed was not comfortable. The property accepts card payments but charge 3% extra for it.

Beautiful villa in the middle of a nice and quiet street in Ubud. Spectacular swimming pool, good service and friendly, smiling staff.Only problem is the smell of humidity.

Honestly, this place has so much great potential. Greatest disadvantage would be cars cannot go in & you have to lug your suitcases along a smaller road. Was q hard to locate the hotel too. Rooms were cosy, homey vibe. Staff were attentive too.

Spent 4 nights at this lovely quiet hotel. Only 6 rooms, very comfortable, excellent showers. Breakfast served to our room each morning, yummy French Toast and Banana Pancakes, there were other options but we never tried any. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, massages and shopping. Great swimming pool.
