Beautiful little houses surrounded by pretty wild nature, even though 3 min from the city center. The birds singing can wake you up pretty early :). Amazing breakfasts and very helpful staff

We spent 4 wonderful days in this great guesthouse. There's actually nothing to complain about, from the room to the pool with an impressive view of the jungle to the breakfast, everything was excellent. I would particularly like to highlight the staff, Saryu and the lady whose name I unfortunately forget, fulfilled almost every wish and were incredibly friendly at the same time. Communication via WhatsApp also worked excellently. Absolutely recommended!

My favorite guest house 🤎 owners Wayan, Nyoman and everyone is like a family. Quiet space, super clean, overlooking the rainforest but also near the center.

Beautiful address near Ubud. The managers are incredibly kind, responsive when we need them.We were upstairs, the room was spacious, the bathroom functional (hot water).We had 1 spider in the bathroom, and called a member of the team who came to get rid of it very quickly.Downside, noisy at night (dogs barking for hours, scooter noises even if it is not in the center of Ubud).You will have to walk a quarter of an hour to reach the center, be careful because the road is dangerous (no sidewalk and a lot of traffic).That said, clean and pleasant swimming pool, we were always alone.

The location was great, and it was a convenient walk to food, massages, and shopping. The second-floor room we stayed in had tons of natural light, which was a lovely feature, plus a view of the beautiful pool. We did not try out the pool, but it looked great. The bed was clean and crisp, which was appreciated, although we did wish that it had a bug net since pesky little mosquitos liked to slip in through the cracks in the walls and any open doors or windows.Breakfast came as it was ordered, and the fruit on the side was fresh and yummy.The staff was kind and helpful, but I think they spoke a little less English than many other hosts we experienced, so just be aware that it might take a little effort to communicate needs or wants you may have.This property has an earlier checkout time than anywhere else we stayed and they hustled us along a little bit, but otherwise, this place was great.Note that there is not a mini fridge in the room, but this property offers a communal fridge in the downstairs "kitchen" area. So just be aware.Overall, I liked it here, and the rustic wood detailing was a nice touch that made this feel like a peaceful, jungle hideout.

I really love the room and the bathroom inside. I love how they welcome us. Startegic place, we only took 15minutes to Babi Guling Ibu Oka by walk, and 20 minutes to Bebek Bengil by walk. But this place was so quite, theres no scooter sound or others.Everything was fine, the hot water, the bed, the internet, and others.But it just have a few spaces for parking.I hope they’re gonna do something for parking lot.We will back to this villa when we are in Ubud

Clean and peaceful, just out of the heart of ubud! Great breakfast, amazing pool and great staff. Internet is very fast and there was good AC. It’s just a short 15 min walk to the heart of ubud, but there are many amazing affordable restaurants within 5 minutes.

A peaceful and clean place so close to the heart of ubud! I took a taxi by the airport to the hotel, organised by the hosts - it was very easy and affordable. Great breakfasts, fast internet and amazing pool! 10-15 minute walk or short ride to the heart of ubud and very nice restaurants even closer.

Thank you to the family team at Umah Kayu Ubud. We stayed here in late December 2023 until early January 2024. We found the experience really easy and comfortable. The breakfast on the balcony every morning looking into the adjacent jungle land was a highlight, and the location was close enough to key spots, but also not too close so that there was still some quiet and privacy. I also greatly appreciate Wayan providing a tax invoice, even after we had left. Thank you and hope to return.

100% recommendation!Very new, built with a lot of love and very beautiful! Big room, big comfortable bed, everything super clean and daily cleaning? Quiet air conditioning, beautiful view of the greenery from the balcony/room/pool. You are right in the middle and still in a small green oasis. In the pool you can lie relaxed in the sun or partial shade and cool down. You can't hear anything from the street.Super central, 600m to the main street and there are several spas and small warungs on the way there.I felt very comfortable! And the hosts are super friendly and helpful and can be reached quickly via WhatsApp.Book! :)

A little oasis in Ubud. Close to everything but very quiet, with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. The staff is absolutely lovely. The owner is local which is great if you want to support local businesses in Bali. We will come back for sure. Thank you for everything!
