I live in an alley. At the entrance of the alley there is a convenience store. The rooms are up to standard, clean, big size, good power, have a living room, refrigerator, flat screen TV with wifi, inexpensive price.

- Most tenants are families, who are sensitive to children's noises, do not recommend.-Smoking is not allowed inside the room. (But you can smoke on the balcony!? The next room was also unlucky because it smelled like this (like this)-Auntie takes care of the dormitory with a calm face. But kind-hearted...maybe (I've never encountered a kind-hearted episode.)-Has good security It's a fingerprint scanning system. (but I like key cards more Fingerprint scan doesn't work well)-Beautiful room, ok.

I'd like to come take a look at the 7th floor. I'd like to improve the management of the contractor's repairs. The apartment allowed the contractor to leave construction dust in the walkways and other places. Over a day and overnight (from the picture it should be at least 2 nights) without cleaning. Dust particles float into the room until it stings your nose. Leaving the tenant lying there sniffling until his throat hurt. I reported it at noon and nothing was done.

Since being here for more than 1 year It's beyond the word very bad.First story1. Someone spit on my slippers. Enough to ask to see the camera to check or warn the person who did it. Told him to report it to the cameraman.2. Regarding parking, in front of the building, when parking, there is only bird droppings, dirt, and leaves all the time.3. That day I forgot my room key. I was told to wait a moment and the person holding the keys went out to eat at 8 p.m. Sit and wait until 11:00 p.m. Back and forth, there was a person holding the key in the building but he didn't tell me.4 Lost parcels, no responsibility Anyone can come and pick it up, there's no one to check. I'm just saying that I can't take responsibility.5. Water and electricity bills are incorrect. Recording the water bill is messy. If you don't ask for it back, it's gone.Leave it for you to think about before you go. The common fee is 581 baht, not worth it.
