The service from the receptionist was quite good, minus when I asked for towels they weren't given them straight away in the room I had to ask twice before they were given them, one of the room's bedroom lights was flickering, after informing the receptionist they said 'later' until I checked out there was no action whatsoever from the hotelsmall toilet waterThe location is quite strategic, right in the middle of the city, quick access to malls and tourist attractions

Prices are quite affordable and lots of parking. If you want to stay overnight, it's better to book a room on the ground or on the 1st floor. Rooms on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor are a bit unkempt.

The room is smelly, CS The girl asked about being dirty, asked for towels, always said there weren't any, the AC remote was broken, asked for a new AC remote, there wasn't any, there was no notification that on floor G, smoking is not allowed when checking out with cash.

Staying 4 days is quite satisfying with the guest house facilities and very affordable prices in the middle of Balikpapan city with many culinary choices in the hotel area that can be visited.

Strategic location, easy to reach. The size of the deluxe room is quite spacious in the new building. The hot and cold shower works well, the water is also strong. Toiletries available. Access to the lobby is very difficult if you are carrying suitcases or heavy items because you have to climb quite high stairs. The cleanliness of the hotel and room environment is very poor. There is an elevator available but it is still a bit difficult to get to the new building. The rooms are very minimalist, there are no trash cans, soap dispensers, tissue. The mattress is hard, the pillow barely feels like a pillow 😆, the wardrobe is dirty with cigarette butts. Hot water to make even one cup of coffee is not available 😀.

ordered a deluxe twin room, room G27the room smells of dust, the curtains are dirty, the bathroom doesn't seem to have been cleaned, the walls are dirty and there are lots of hairs in the drain, the shower is a bit damaged, the water is small and can't be hung up, the bed sheets and blankets don't look like they have been replaced and are a bit dusty so it becomes itchy, there are also more TV channels that you can't watch and it hurts your eyes 😂Plus the size of the bed is quite spacious, the AC is cold, there are 2 towels, soap/shampoo, toothbrush and 2 small bottles of mineral water provided.for the price of 300 thousand when you enter the room it doesn't meet expectations, there are still many guest houses that are much more comfortable with that rate 🙏🏼
