I'm rating this hotel at 2.5 stars. Be aware that the hotel has three separate buildings and the one I stayed in was older and did not look like the pics. It was more in line with a 2 star hotel. The breakfast was OK but did not change with the same dishes served daily. Some fruit items would have been welcomed.

This hotel has an excellent location, an excellent price, and it is far from Arab Street. The rooms are clean and the toilets are clean, but there is no water, which means you will have water 😀

The hotel's excellent location is across the Big Sea road, and if you walk through it, you can walk to the metro station in 10 minutes. There's a 7-11 around the corner and a lot of food options. The pool is small and clean. The room is decent, clean, the beds are quite soft. Breakfast is ok, a la carte + small buffet with green salad, cereal and dessert.

I visited with my family in August 2024. The hotel’s excellent location, there are 2 shopping centers nearby, a metro station, a night market within a 5-minute walk (you shouldn’t visit it, everything is expensive, designed for Chinese tourists). The room was designed for four people, adjoining rooms. In one of the rooms there was a very unpleasant smell from the air conditioner; at the reception they said that the smell was most likely from our infant’s diapers, but we constantly used sanitary bags and took out our own trash every day. Still, the next day we insisted that a technician check our air conditioner, it was cleaned and the smell disappeared. The breakfast staff is very friendly. There is a large flow of Chinese tourists staying at this hotel, which makes the breakfast noisy.

The hotel is located behind big c, security guard + cute receptionist. The room is clean, the wifi depends on the room's strength and weakness. There is a kitchen for cooking. However, the bathroom is a bit small and has high steps that are easy to trip over. The elevator goes fast, the breakfast buffet is small, not very delicious.

I booked it because I was in a hurry and because of the good reviews. The air conditioner was super cold and I couldn't adjust the fan speed. I was really speechless. The windows in the room were sealed and could not be opened. The house was dilapidated and smelled of mold. It's even worse if the windows are sealed. The air is so bad, it's like living in a basement.

I stayed here on the last night of my stay in Thailand , the room was lovely although I feel there should have been bedside tables , whilst there is a table with 2 chairs you need something at both sides of the bed not just one option in my opinion, especially when the price is slightly more than hotels of equal quality in the same area. There is be a pool that I didn’t use and I did not have the breakfast due to a need to get to the airport for my flight home, both the pool and breakfast offerings looked good and the hotel was busy.Because the hotel was busy this highlighted to myself the lack of soundproofing in the rooms and getting to sleep was quite difficult due to noise , the toilet was also very low , it felt like it should have been for a child .In summary it is a lovely clean hotel check in and check out was smooth , I won’t be staying here again because of the noise and better value hotel I stayed in on my arrival to BKK which is just down the rd .

First of all, the swimming pool water quality is good.Bedding and room condition were good, especially the towels. The only downside is that there is only one room key.Breakfast also changes every day.For this price, you get breakfast and a swimming pool. The water pressure was strong enough to pierce the skin, and the location was a total plus. FYI, it was a special price so it was cheap, so I didn't expect anything at this price.
