Bad service..Even though I had already booked and paid the day before... when I checked in I wanted to get the keys, suddenly they came and grabbed me from the back of the private airline, the pilot and co-pilot, 2 men and 2 female flight attendants, were laughing at each other, laughing... and it seemed like they wanted to get in quickly. room... and you can guess the ending... and instead you were given the room key first.I was the first person in line to be in second place... even though they were only employees of the airline and service for PSWT passengers...Next, it's better to stay at HTL 5star and stay for real and the service is also good and professional...For hotel management, the main focus is local guests and those with families rather than people from outside..

Now it's called dprime hotel, the rooms are nice and clean, only the room we stayed in had the AC leaking and a bit hot. So the little one was fussy in the middle of the night because it was hot even though we were staying for 2 nights. The breakfast is quite delicious

Now changed the name to d'prima hotel. This is the second time I have stayed. Service is okay. But that's what makes you annoyed. I know there are 2 guests but the equipment in the room is only for 1 person. Yes, we always have to ask the hotel staff. For glasses, towels, sandals, even toothbrushes and even coffee and tea, you have to ask first and then get it. Try it to prepare. You already know it's a guest room for 2 people. So, whatever it takes, it has to be 2. That's the only thing that makes you annoyed, the others are ok. Friendly staff. Breakfast from 6 until 10, lots of varieties and delicious. That's good anyway.Sorry, I gave 4 stars firstš

Enjoyable stay. Now this hotel has changed to dPrima Hotel Balikpapan. Who knows, you might want to look for it on the traveloka application or tiket.com.The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. With wide windows, it creates natural lighting in the room from morning to evening. The view towards the parking lot is our favorite, because we can also get a view of the city, including the ewalk area. Typical *** hotel facilities are also well available. Cold AC, TV shows with various entertainment channels, bathroom with warm water, mineral water and accessories, even a hot water kettle. What is not yet available is a mini refrigerator only. And this is not a problem either.As for the food, it's quite okay with various variations. The taste doesn't disappoint. Even though we had sahur, there were several services that were not available, such as the omelette bar.The staff are quite helpful and friendly. Although there is still room for improvement. Oh, one thing that is quite interesting is that hotels implement cashless payments. It seems like this is part of implementing post-pandemic health protocols. This cool...We really recommend this hotel if you go to Balikpapan, whether for business, family vacation or just transit.

For the receptionists, if we arrive before check-in time at 2 o'clock, please just register first without having to wait for a room to be ready so that at 2 o'clock the client doesn't have to wait any longer and can go straight into the room to rest.
