The location is a bit inside. I got lost in Mbah Maps. The room smells clean. Netflix is logged in and you can watch directly. Wi-Fi okay. There's just not enough water flow in the sink.

When I entered the AC it was cold, the room smelled clean and spacious. The bathroom is fragrant and clean, hot and cold water is available.There are 2 bottles of drinking water available in the room, there is also hot and cold gallon water outside which is delicious if you make coffee and noodles when you are hungry in the morning". Very satisfied, it will be a mainstay accommodation when we are stuffed at home with my wife, nex will come back again because only 10 minutes from home 😁

Prices include med and are quite budget friendly for a guest house class. The rooms are clean, the water is clean, the AC is in good condition, the bathroom is clean, the mattress and sheets are clean, the receptionist is friendly, (no lift). Suggestion: You have to call first if you want to check in.

Clean rooms... Prices are not expensive... The only drawback is that there are no toothbrushes provided in the bathroom... Overall recommended staying at Lavender...

Center of town, cheap, clean.Can use the kitchen. Once I left a book behind, 2 months later when I was staying there the book was still there. I met a lot of friends who apparently often stay there too.

The AC is not cold enough, the door lock is broken and not repaired.When he reported it to the officer, he even suggested turning on the AC while the room was in, otherwise it would be cold, he said.Even though the key uses a card, every time you leave the room the electricity will go off.The door was said to have a bottom latch, when we checked there wasn't one.Please manage Lavender Guest House to improve its room service.Thank You.

The location is in a residential area, but the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, the service is not inferior to corporate hotels, only there is no lift so it is healthy, recommended budget accommodation in Samarinda
