Villa Nyanyi

August 2024Hello everyoneWe stayed at Villa Nyani for two weeks with our two children aged 5 & 7.It was a wonderful stayThe villa is very well equipped,comfortable and has a large swimming pool. the garden is magnificent and our children were able to run around in complete safetyThe place is relaxing and quiet but also close to all amenities if you want to go to the beach or go out in the evening in CangguFitri & Stephane took great care of us but also recommended places to visit as well as any other requestsDefinitely I recommend villa Nyani you will be enchanted

Do not book this villa, do not stay there!!!!!!!!My sister’s family and I booked this airbnb to enjoy a holiday together in Bali.I stayed in the bungalow out the back and I cannot even begin to describe how filthy it is. There is an exposed drain pipe in the bathroom and the place is old; in terrible condition, poorly equipped (no mosquito nets, poor aircon, old and filthy kitchen equipment).I stayed there with my 4 months old baby; and after spending one night I moved out. I found ants in my toiletry bag, in my babies travel cot, i stepped into a cockroach in the bedroom and there were mosquitos everywhere.It cost me an additional $1,500 in hotel accommodation, so I approached the villa manager Fitri for a partial refund, given the back bungalow was infested with bugs. (mind you, the main villa is also somewhat filthy and full of ants).Fitri and I had some respectful negotiations over what’s app and agreed she would organise a partial refund for me if we agreed on leaving a good review for the villa.We received the refund on our last day and left a nice review, however she has now posted some pretty nasty feedback about me as a person on Airbnb.First of all, I have all comms between her and I in writing and I have reported her behavior as well as the status of the villa to Airbnb.Secondly I simply think it’s totally inappropriate behaviour given we fulfilled part of the deal.Anyway, the villa is as dodgy as the villa manager Fitri. I am beyond disappointed and would really encourage everyone not to book this place. There’s so many nice villas in Bali, Nyanyi Modern & Rustic is definitely not one of them.

Amazing people and a most beautiful setting, great Joglo and so homely. I had the best time there; I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, thanks Stefan and Fitri, you are fondly remembered. I will certainly be back again. Miss you.

This is really good place to stay in a nice and quiet area

This is a terrible villa, with broken plumbing and terrible ACs. There is black mold in the bathroom. There is a broken water pump that needs to be kicked to make it work. All shelves are full of dirt and full of old things, which are very valuable to the owner, who doesn't invest a one rupiah in renovation. I made a mistake when I rented this villa. Don't make my mistakes!
