The room is clean and usable..The clothes rack is broken and not repaired, causing it to be unused..The air conditioner is set to 18. The degree couldn't be adjusted, it was very cold, so I had to turn off the heat and get up and turn it on..very quiet...went out to the walking street, came back at 8 p.m. and still haven't turned on the lights in front of the room..the water is warm.

It is a new resort next to the Mekong River with rooms. It probably isn't very busy, but there is a room in front of the room to sit in, but there are a lot of mosquitoes so you probably won't be able to sit there for long. The door has a lock. Overall, it's considered inexpensive and worth it.
