Really a great hotel that I can definitely recommend. We had a room with a private pool and small garden! So a lot of privacy. You can chat with the reception via WhatsApp, which was really relaxing. We were also able to order food to our room (at no extra charge) which was very tasty. Great, well-kept facility and really super friendly staff.

We visited in January 2022. When checking in, there were some minor problems, we had to drop the hotel straight from the reception to Booking, since at the reception the price of accommodation was twice as high, while everything was being done and the hotel was confirming it, it took a very long time, the restaurant closed and we were left hungry... The hotel itself consists of villas, many of which are completely abandoned, which does not cause discomfort) All sorts of huge lizards are running around the territory and under the house - nature) There is nothing to say about the sea, a dirty black beach, a hotel in January - definitely not about the beach and the sea.We rested for half a day by the communal pool (alone), checked the box to call a waiter (to order drinks), and for a couple of hours no one came, which was not upsetting, it was just a fact.Continental breakfasts are fine. There is a wonderful cafe nearby, it seems like surfers chill there during the season, it’s very tasty and not expensive, metro 10 in a straight line.Transportation is required if staying at this hotel.Quite a private hotel - very good.

In summary: it is very hard to put one single overall rating to this resort that has clear (and independent) strengths and weaknesses. Please read this review to understand if for your case this is a 5-star rating or 2-star rating. On average, my review is 3-and-a-half-star (rounded up to 4). Strengths: the room and the staff. Weaknesses: the food and the location. The rooms. The villa we had (private pool garden view) was amazing! We got a huge private pool, the villa is quite nice and spacious, fitted with all the things you need. It is a definitely 5-star by any standards (I would rate it even more!). The room is serviced twice per day. The staff is very nice and responsive. The resort itself is very nice. If you want to have a 5-star quality villa - this resort is great for that. And the price-quality ratio for a villa of this type is very good. The Restaurant. Unfortunately, the restaurant is just at a much much much lower standard. For the restaurant I would give a 2-star rating. The breakfast is extremely basic and the quality is just average. Apart from breakfast, we had dinner once, and again the food is average. And it's such a pity -- we would have loved to go more often, but we wanted to make the most of our time in Bali and don't miss the amazing restaurants and food! The staff from the restaurant is very nice -- here I am referring strictly about the food. The SPA. The hotel has a SPA. We went there two times. Once for 90 minutes for Balinese massage that was great! And another time for back and foot massage (30 minutes). The back massage was not that great. It really depends who is the therapist. Maybe ask for experienced therapist when you book. The price is good for the SPA.The location. It is located in a quite place, on the ocean side. You might hear the waves from the room, which I think it's nice. The beach is very interesting (dark sand). It's not advisable to swim in the ocean there. But there are many ppl doing surfing close by. The road to get to the resort is quite bad (for approx. 1km just before the resort -- I don't understand why the hotel is not maintaining it). NOTE that there are *not* many things to do around the hotel. To find other restaurants or SPAs you need to go to Canggu which is 40 minutes by car. It may also be difficult to find a Grab car since it's far away from any city/busy place. So, for any other activities you are a bit remote.

Worst hotel experience of my life. This was supposed to be our last hotel. The villa was very dark. The villa's swimming pool is never exposed to the sun. Stained pool mattresses. Disgusting mosquito net. We arrived around 12 p.m. and had lunch and dinner at the hotel. The night that followed I had the turista. I hadn’t eaten or drunk anything outside. Even at the hotel there was no ice, no fruit, no raw vegetables...and yet their food was visibly contaminated. I obviously let the hotel know, who neither apologized nor tried to find out if things were okay. Before getting sick we went out to see a temple using the hotel shuttle (free). Arriving at the temple we had forgotten the credit card and the wallet. We asked the driver to turn around and he was very kind to offer us to come forward and return it to him the next day at the hotel. And once we arrived at the hotel, they wanted to take money from us and ask us for a tax on this money because it was “hotel rules”. I categorically refused, it’s called extortion of money…In high season there were only 3 guests, very few staff, a hotel in distress with exposed and dangerous electrical cables.Plus the hotel is so far from everything that you can't even call a Gojek. It doesn't work. So to get around, it's either the hotel shuttle that drops you off in 2 places or you pay a lot of money for the hotel to go where you want. We decided to shorten our stay and only spent one night there. Check out at 9:30 a.m. and we asked for the hotel shuttle to leave but they refused it even though we had a baby. They later tried to catch up but we had already asked a driver we knew to come and pick us up urgently.Really move on. This hotel was a disaster. The old man at reception is horrible, unpleasant and malicious.Go spend your money elsewhere. I'll let you enjoy the photos and the exchanges.
