Don't hesitate if you want to stay here. Really comfortable. Yesterday I took the deluxe lt type. 2, 3 nights very satisfied bringing husband & childrenPlus value :- Strategic location- Below the apartment there is a complete minimarket, ATM, coffee shop and Hayyu steak restaurant in one area- The bedroom and bathroom are clean, smell good- Scented bedding and towels- There is a water heater, overhead shower & hand shower, toilet tissue, soap, shampoo, paste & toothbrush- The bathroom water is clean, clear and has no smell- There is a kitchen set and refrigerator- Staff are friendly and helpful. Suitcases were brought to the room- Busy & strategic environment, easy to buy food etc- Smart TVs- Sufficient parking area- Gallon water is available in the hallway, hot and cold, free refillMinus value- There is a slight stain on the bedcover- There is only 1 clothes hanger- No breakfast availableThank you Hayyu apartment..

Strategic location in the city center, near malls, campuses, etc. The rooms are commensurate with the price, the cleanliness is decent, only the water is a bit smelly. The facilities are okay, there is a refrigerator, smart TV, dressing table etc., the bathroom has a bath tub and water heater too. Got a room on the 4th floor, the view is good at night.

Very strategic location, places to eat close by. Nearby entertainment venues. The downside is that when you check in, the room is still a bit dirty. The toilet is also not clean. But the others are just comfortable. The price is also affordable, unfortunately it's a bit less clean

I ordered via WA, then when I arrived for payment it turned out to be full, even though it was really hoped for a wedding event so that the makeup was close to the sempaja hall... If possible, Traveloka will update it so that it will be easier to book the room 🙏 I'm sorry I gave a slightly different rating than the others... Don't mean to be bad... But please improve the digital service 🙏 even though the rooms are nice and tidy and looking at the other reviews it is very promising... But the digital service is a bit disappointing 🙏

As an alternative if the hotel you want is full, the location in front of UnMul, there are also lots of food choices around the apartment. The condition of the rooms is good, clean and tidy. Total rooms are only 20 rooms. Please book if you go to Samarinda.Oh yes, the location is close to Lembuswana Mall and Ramayana Plaza.

Book a Superior type room, the room is quite spacious.in the room there is a refrigerator, dressing table, cupboard, sink.There is a place to smoke on the terrace for those who smoke.unfortunately the water smells a little.

Book a deluxe type room, the size is quite spacious, clean and the sheets smell good. However, the room is not equipped with a sofa or table and chairs. There is only a dressing table and wardrobe. There is also a kitchen set but it is not equipped with cooking utensils or eating utensils in the cupboard. There are none. also an electric kettle. The AC is not cold enough. The bathroom is clean but the water smells a bit. The service is good, the security guard is friendly and very helpful.
