1) outstanding staff - best we have met. Within that is warmth and excellent cooking and care of us and our kids etc2) beautiful villa - price is high but it's well worth it3) secluded which has pros and cons but is exactly what I wantedThis was our fifth stay with elite villas and each one has been incredible. I would give a special mention to Pak Rahmat, Trishna and Made but to single anyone out would be to ignore others of the 16 phenomenal staff members.Just a wonderful week. I am very tough to please and the price was high. But this somehow beat my high expectations.Thank you to the excellent Rahmat and team and I hope we meet again.

Best annual Family holiday in over 25 years , after different locations around Australia and other parts of the world. Already booked again for same time next year. Rahmat, Trisna and the rest of the staff could not have done more to make it the perfect holiday for us. If your looking for a place to just "relax", this is the place to go.

Last week, we enjoyed an unforgettable stay in this beautiful villa with our four children. We lacked absolutely nothing. The location was enchanting, and the villa itself exceeded all our expectations. It was equipped with every comfort and adorned with beautiful art. What made this stay a perfect 10 was the dedicated team of staff. They were at our service all day, providing us with delicious drinks, snacks, and excellent service. An experience we will never forget and definitely worth repeating🤩

The estate is incredible; it is so big and complete, you would not want to leave when you stay there. Big pool, tennis court, game room, movie room, you name it. A plus; the place is filled with vast amount of Indonesian contemporary art, some SEA antiques, and carefully designed interior you get to truly enjoy every minute just strolling around the estate. It’s a must visit and stay in bali. The service will also blow you away! Very competent butler and staff 👌

Not worth the $4100 USD per night they charged us.The plus of this place is the very capable butler, Pak Rachmat. He is beyond what you would normally expect even the best quality service staff. Highly competent, efficient, has great attitude.Now, the estate itself. Major issues were not told to us when we booked nor anywhere near our arrival date. New Year’s Eve comes, and the water and electricity had to be turned off for 2.5 hours with no clear explanation as to why, nor confidence that the issue will be resolved. You can’t not get your act together like this and charge a five star price.The less major negatives were that the place is also old, indoor spaces have a musky moldy smell. The chef created dishes were not very good, etc. These wouldn’t have enraged us as much as the power shutdown during our New Years Eve celebration though.
