Very satisfied with the room facilities because at an affordable price you can get good facilities and service. In my opinion, the wifi network is a bit lacking, which is sometimes difficult to connect (at that time I was on the 3rd floor) and also the lack of a sign/signboard at the front of the building which could make it easier for customers or online taxis who pick up to find out the location more easily. But the rest is very satisfying. thank you

The location of the accommodation is in central Surabaya, for close access to everywhere. In terms of the arrangement of the hotel lobby, it is quite aesthetic and neat, you can add pamphlets or neon boxes to make it easier for guests to find their place because I was confused when I went to Kawa Living because it didn't say "Kawa Living". The rooms are very neat and spacious, there are Netflix facilities in the rooms ♥️♥️♥️The capacity of the air conditioner may need to be increased because the room is quite spacious so the air conditioner doesn't feel good.For bathroom facilities, there is a water heater and several facilities are available such as soap, towels, toothbrushes and toothpasteOverall highly recommended for a staycation in the city center 8.5/10 ♥️♥️♥️

my 3-night stay at this placei stayed here for three nights from june 26-29, 2024, in a twin plus room. i had my eye on this place for a month, hoping for a queen bed, but sadly, it was sold out before i booked.the room was spacious, the environment was clean, and the interior was glamorous, classy, luxurious, exclusive, and modern. the staff (or perhaps the owner?) were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. i really appreciated their service!one unpleasant experience was when a stranger (i think another guest) knocked on my door and tried to open it. i asked the staff to address the situation, as it was quite annoying.the place has five floors and a small but functional elevator. if you get a higher floor, you don't have to worry about getting tired walking up the stairs.unfortunately, i could hear some noise from outside the room, but the other guests were generally respectful and quiet.overall, this place is a great mid-range option. i would rate it 4.8/5 and definitely recommend it if you're visiting surabaya. i think you'll love it too!

Lots of plugs in the corners of the rooms7. Hotel menu prices are cheap but there are no heavy meals8. There is an elevator so you don't get tired of going up and down the stairs9. The staff are all friendly10. Low priceMinus (-)1. Req double bed but got twin beds2. The check-in process takes 15-20 minutes. Even though a new guest arrived, the guest was in a hurry and got a room first instead of me in 202 if I'm not mistaken.3. There is no heavy food menu4. The late check out price is a bit expensive, 30% check out at 14.00 or 50% check out at 15.00 from the normal priceBut overall there are more positives. Maybe for those who want to check into a double bed room, it's better to just choose one that is specifically for double beds instead of "double or twin beds" in case you're afraid you'll get a twin if the doubles are gone. The staff are all friendly. And the room price is really cheap, around 200 thousand, it looks like a mini apartment
