The villa has a very nice atmosphere, and even though I checked in late, they accommodated me with great care.However, there was one thing that was disappointing.I made a reservation and paid in advance from the official website. However, even though I have proof of payment, I am told multiple times that payment cannot be confirmed, and in the end, I am forced to pay again at checkout, and once I receive confirmation of payment, I will receive a refund. So I paid twice.My plan included a massage, but I was unable to do so due to the therapist's schedule, so I think it would be nice to be able to book more flexibly.It's a shame because the stay itself was good.The villa had a very nice atmosphere and they were very courteous to us even though we were late for check-in.However, there was one thing that was disappointing.I had booked and paid in advance through the official website. However, despite having proof of our payment, we were told several times that they could not confirm our payment, and eventually we were forced to make another payment at check-out, and we paid twice, saying that we would be refunded once we received confirmation of payment.The plan included a massage, but the therapist's schedule did not allow for it, and it would be nice to be able to book more flexibly.The stay itself was good.

We stayed there as a couple in a suite; it was a great atmosphere, silent, peaceful; only crickets, birds and geckos; waking up to the view of a rice field.- There were 0 bugs.- The room was a half villa, decent privacy and spacious.- Breakfast was included to our stay and it was available to be delivered to room it was tasty.- Staff was always attentive, helpful and cheery in every time of the day- Bathtub was pretty spacious and joyful to use- Has a decent pool for a dip- Not very crowded around 6 7 villas so it is a bonus too*Only suggestion would be to have a better AC; as the room was huge and able to collect sun, the AC needed to be open for hours to cool the room downIf you are looking for a retreat it's great, they also rent away scooters so you can reach the center easily as well so the distance is bearable if you think of the advantages and the price was very reasonable.Looking forward to the next stay even from now !Makasih The Saren!!!

I chose this hotel to relax, and it was above my expectation. Very chilly and peaceful vibe.The staffs were very professional and helpful. They're so nice and willing to help their guests to have the best experience.Although it was far from the centre and took 1hr+a to go outside, this hotel was worthy to stay for sure.Also the breakfast was absolutely one of the kind.Very tasty, good looking, proper portion and well balanced.It was the best decision to choose to stay here for my vacation. I will visit The Saren in winter with my family. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
