This resort is absolutely exceptional and had everything I wanted. We booked a two-bedroom villa with a private pool for my son and I. The villa was immaculate and beautifully designed. Located in a remote area surrounded by villages, it provided the peaceful escape I was looking for, though it’s just a 5-minute scooter ride from the beach. The resort offers a complimentary scooter for 2 hours or the option to rent one for a longer period.The food was excellent with a wide range of Asian and Western options. The resort also features a spa, gym, and a play area for children, making it ideal for both couples and families. While it’s a bit isolated, this adds to its charm.Although the reception closes at 10pm, we arrived at 1am and were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful note, flowers, and assistance from the security staff to our villa. They even set up a WhatsApp group where we could easily order massages and room service.On my birthday, they not only arranged a floating breakfast as requested but also surprised me with a birthday cake and a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday" from the staff. Their professionalism, friendliness, and flexibility were outstanding.The resort exceeded my expectations in every way—the villa, the food, and the service were all fantastic. I’d definitely return, possibly with a significant other next time. Overall, I’m very happy and would 1000% recommend this place.

We stayed four nights at Sahaja Sawah which is located in a beautiful and calm area (more authentic than the touristy places). It’s only a five min motorbike ride to a beautiful lonely beach - you should come here when the tide is low! The pool is really cool, especially for kids since they even have a big area for young children and lots of toys. Generally, the hotel is super for kids. Our daughter did a painting class which she really enjoyed.There is also a laundry room which can be used by hotel guests (detergent can be purchased at the shop for 35000). The rooms are spacious but the bathrooms could be cleaner. Especially the top of the bin was dirty which was kind of disgusting. Towels are only changed once a week which I think should be more often (especially for pool towels). The food at the restaurant was okay-ish. Motorbikes and bicycles can be borrowed, however there is only one with a child seat.

This place is outside the hustle and bustle of the city and the tourist scene of the resorts close to the shore. If you're looking for a peaceful sanctuary, this is it! Just be aware that getting to other locations like Finn beach club can take an hour or more due to the narrow streets and swarms of motor bike traffic.

We had a dream-like time at this wonderful resort. I especially enjoyed the family photo session, stylish cooking class, painting class where you practice sketching with an artist and then paint on canvas, and the 10-hour customized tour that comes with the family package.Also, the food at the restaurant, the atmosphere and technology at the spa, and the service were all excellent.Some advice for future visitors:- Sahaja 1 is close to restaurants and parking lots, so it's noisy from around 6am until after 10pm, so I recommend a villa further back.-There wasn't enough warm water available, so showers were always lukewarm. There is a nice bathtub, but the hot water quickly runs out, so you can't take a warm bath.-Towels are changed only once a week. You can buy detergent at the shop for about 35k rupiah, so we washed our towels ourselves.-There is a water dispenser in the villa, so you can drink delicious water whenever you want.I would definitely like to come visit here again. thank you very much!

Every member of the team was always keen to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Their hospitality and attention to detail left a lasting impression on me.The location of the resort is simply breathtaking. Nestled in lush tropical vegetation and just a stone's throw from the sparkling ocean, Sahaja Sawa Resort offers a setting that seems straight out of a dream. The peace and quiet you find here is simply priceless.Last but not least, I would like to highlight the excellent accommodation and comfort that the resort offers. My bungalow was spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities one could wish for. The beds were heavenly comfortable and the terrace offered a wonderful view of the sunset over the sea.Overall, my stay at Sahaja Sawa Resort was an unforgettable experience that I would recommend to anyone traveling to Bali. I can't wait to come back and immerse myself once again in this magical world of beauty, kindness and comfort.

This was our first time in Bali, and I highly recommend Sahaja Sawah resort. Their customer service is second to none, and they were very quick to reply to all our questions. My family and I spent 10 days at the resort, enjoying breakfast and dinner at the restaurant every day because the food was consistently outstanding, especially the Indonesian tapas and the fish BBQ.The staff is very professional, efficient, and friendly. We loved every moment and will definitely be coming back.

The resort is about 2 hours away from the airport. It was my personal decision to stay far away from the tourist areas because we don’t like busy crowds so the location was perfect for our family. We were able to go to many quieter tourist areas and avoid the bad traffic. The rooms are so clean, they come daily to sweep the floors. The service is wonderful, they are such nice and respectful people.

I went for 2 month at the Sahaja Sawah, the staff is incredibly lovely ! After 2 week you start to feel like at home with your Balinese family.Now I’m sad to leave this place cause I find all the beautiful people I was looking for during this trip.I recommend this establishment without hesitation.If you are alone, in couple or in family.Take some time here, you will not regret it.

Beautiful resort with wonderful staff! My only negative to my experience was that the location is very remote so please be mindful of this if you choose to stay here. It was lovely but the travel is at least 45 mins to Tabanan to go for a meal or go grocery shopping and then at least 1.5 hrs to get to Ubud and Canggu. Also, the price of the resort taxis are quite expensive and the taxi apps in Bali don’t travel this far north.It is lovely if you want to stay away from everything and never leave, or maybe just for a few days before staying somewhere else.The experience I have to say was still great, staff are super friendly, food was great and the rooms were also great.

Checked in today for a week’s stay. They could come into my room in the middle of the night, steal my passports, beat me up, and I’d still give it five stars.An incredible resort and the villa with a private pool is exceptional. Was not prepared for how special this place is.
