The boarding house is super duper comfortable, clean, service is fast and responsive, there is cleaning every day, complete facilities from washing machine, water heater, dishwasher, kitchen, security is maintained. Because every night there are guards in the alley. And most importantly, the location is very strategic, close to everywhere with very very affordable prices.

I've been living here for almost half a year. Convenient because of its strategic location, near the Tije bus stop too. Walk a little, there are lots of minimarkets and snacks. Every morning there is also a shock market, so it's easy to shop for meat & vegetables. There are washing machine and kitchen facilities too so it's really easy.

The boarding house is very comfortable and clean, it doesn't even feel like I've been boarding here for 2 years😁Strategically also close to everywhere, there are lots of places to eat, close to Indomaret, in the morning there is an impromptu market nearby, the guard and owner are very responsive if you have problems staying in a boarding house, really recommend it for you girls who are looking for a boarding house👍

Highly recommended for friends who are looking for a boarding house for girls. because security is maintained 24 hours a day. the room is comfortable even though it's not too big, the AC is cold, the water is clean, everything is clean. Affordable prices but not cheap. really comfortable. The owner is also very responsive.The general facilities are also really good, close to everywhere. There is a small market near the boarding house so it's really easy if you want to buy vegetables. Don't hesitate to board here, it's guaranteed to be comfortable
