Really small rooms, constantly running ventilation that causes a constant hum and the windows facing the hallway (frosted glass) illuminate the room permanently, even at night and there are no events. But very nice, friendly staff and a nice roof terrace. Good value for money in the middle of Jakarta.

As for the room, it's not wide enough, the bed sheets are dirty and there are stains, the water on the bathroom floor can't drain, everything reminds me, order the smart room double room type, the bad amenities are only for one person even though it can accommodate two people, the table tissue isn't refilled so it's just right There's only a little left to get in, you have to ask for more. It's not soundproof, so the sound of the alarm in the next room sounds loud, so it's annoying.Even though the location is not on the side of the main road, it's still pretty good in the middle of the city, the air conditioning is safe, the staff is friendly, the second day they were offered whether the room would be cleaned or not👌🤚🏻

This hotel has 3storeys/rooftop restaurant on 4th floor. Parking space for cars at front, room space for solo traveler is around10-12 sq.m. With all facilities , comforting my stay , including flatscreened TV, cable box, hanging rail for cloths, bathroom with hot/cold shower. Instant noodle cup, hot/cold drinks for sale at the reception area. There are 23 rooms /1 floor , the room is not soundproof; however , my room is at the end of the corridor so the noise is lesslikely to bother my sleep.

The place is located in a very central area, close to all essential places. Beds are very comfortable, air conditioning works well, bathrom functional, though not cleam. Not much space available, but that is compensated by a very friendly and helpful receptionists. Terasse is a jam, unfortunately not available as a shared space, but rather as a restaruant or a bar. Breakfasts thre are exellent though (re-calibrated after some days of travelling through Indonesia)! Recommend!

The room is really very small, suitable for 1 person. Access by car at night is difficult because there is a barrier to the passageway. The breakfast menu is not a buffet but is requested by the waiters.
