The place is clean, comfortable, the receptionist is also friendly.. But in the future, if you can just change the room key to a card, it's easier, because you still use a manual key, then it's a bit broken too.. Hehehe.. That's all.. The rest is great..

I stayed at the iHome Residence hotel Jl. Kebon Kacang I and was very satisfied with the service. The hotel is easy to reach from Tanah Abang Station. The cleanliness of the hotel is very well maintained, the layout of the open space which also functions as a kitchen and the lighting is very artistic plus the view of the surrounding tall buildings with their lights eliminates fatigue from traveling.The iHome Residence staff were very sincere in providing guidance via telephone when someone like me that afternoon was confused about finding certainty about finding accommodation at the price and class and price that I wanted. To the iHome Residence staff, whoever you are, I would like to thank you.I was very impressed and one day I will definitely stay at iHome Residence again if I need a hotel. Once again I say thank you very much.

I lived here for several weeks with my family. Used 6 rooms. The check-in process was easy and fast, first we got a few rooms where the AC wasn't cold, but after coordinating we could be moved to another room where the AC was more functional. There are 2 types of rooms that I use. The first is a standard room, not small, not big, but clean, the bathroom is also clean, there is hot water (while there the water is never not hot). Facilities include a mini refrigerator, wardrobe, table, clothes hangers. The second room is extra spacious, there is a medium refrigerator, a larger wardrobe, there is also a table. There is a kitchen on the 6th floor where you can also cook for yourself, while relaxing and looking at the view above. Every morning the hallways are swept and mopped, rubbish is taken out morning and evening, during my stay I never saw any small animals which are usually seen in other hotels, meaning top cleanliness 👍🏻rooms can be cleaned/swept themselves, bed sheets and other things can be requested replaced. around there are many places to eat and snacks, there is an Alfamart in front, Tanah Abang can be accessed on foot, walking towards the main road there is McD, Sarinah Plaza, close to Geand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, MRT station, Bundaran HI, Busway. ..next to it is the GPDI Church, there is a functioning lift even though it is small, and to access from the lobby to the rooms there is a barrier door using a security card, so it feels safer and more comfortable because outsiders cannot just enter. The flight was delayed by a request for an extra day at the last moment, it was responded well and could be extended. Overall good, facilities continue to be maintained, improved of course better 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
