In terms of location, it's ok because it's near the Ogan bridge and the market... but for the hotel canteen food choices there's no variety, there's only pop noodles and Indomie but the prices are really cheap... but the employees don't stand by in the canteen only at certain times...If you want to look for GoFood food, it hasn't reached this area yetThe only people who can grab food are Pizza Hut during the afternoon and eveningIf there is an event in the hall there is a coffee and snack shop in the building areaThe hotel breakfast doesn't have a buffet, only the small portions of rice are quite tasty..As for the room... you get a big family room... the room is quite neat and clean... you have to ask the staff for a trash can first...Stayed two nights but the toilet flush on the second day was brokenI couldn't get warm water the second dayThe cupboard looks like it needs repair because the glue is damaged... if you're careful it hits the sharp edges...The TV can't be used..the signal is quite difficult..The AC is really great... because it's cold enough for 6 people...But the employees are helpful and responsive if we have requestsThe staff seems to lack the personnel to handle large family group partiesHotel prices are quite cheap

comfortable, spacious place, fairly quiet rooms, friendly and fast serviceHighly recommended for those who want to spend the night in the Baturaja area,but there is a little input, if possible, each room is provided with a broombecause yesterday I spent the night there the floor was a bit scratched, but overall this is highly recommendedfree breakfast, swimming, wifi (jossss), coffee, tea, provided and hot water πππππ

Very much recommended. Very helpful und friendly stuff. Big room with a nice balcony. Hot shower, good WiFi and clean.Only the pool and especially its facilities needs cleaning and modernization.They had a event on Saturdays night, but turned down the volume as we went to bed. The room itself was very quiet with view to a garden. It is a little bit too bright inside the room during night time as there are small windows above the big one without curtains.It is about ten minutes by food away from the train station and you can enjoy nice walking in the surrounding area. It is worth it taking a break from the train journey.The people in town are all amazingly friendly.Unfortunately they do not have bikes or scooters for rent, but walking around is great.

The receptionist service was bad and not friendly, the room was also dirty, there was still a lot of hair left and the toilet also smelled like yellow. The employees were very unprofessional when they wanted to take a shower, the toilet water turned off, they had to check out first. The male employees were also not friendly, very curt. The service here is bad. As for the shape of the room, it's ok, but the service and cleanliness are very lacking. The service will be further improved so that guests are more comfortableπ

When you first entered, the receptionist was very friendly and could show you examples of rooms. The price is very suitable for backpackers or small families. The facilities include a swimming pool, cold air conditioning, and a good bed, the shower is also fast. Don't regret choosing this hotel for a break. Parking is also very spacious...
