The door of each capsule is not unique, it can be opened and other capsule doors can be opened. Please fix it

The security was really rude. I coming back to the hotel at 2 AM and was really tired, then he stopped me asking for my pass card. Just asking was fine but the way he asked me like scolding me like I am a beggar. I told him that I’m a customer and he should’ve ask nicely, but instead he’s mad and scold me back and then just leave.I’ve stayed here few times in the past, but I think won’t be back anymore. ‘Whiz’ was a good franchise but I guess they are managed poorly right now.

Easy comunication and a very clean and comfy capsule with a good price and convinient location directly at a very Big Mall. Especially good for Backpackers who want to travel trough Indonesia and just arived in Jakarta.

It's more like 4.5 but can't gave half points here.PROSThe front desk is excellent, very friendly and accommodating. The capsule is quite spacious, with easy to access and just control all in one panel, and looks rather futuristic. Clean and comfy enough. AC and power works as expected. There's a flat non-smart TV inside the capsule, connected with headphone for quiet watching. There's a small safe as well. They gave you a locker, bottled water, towel, and toothbrush, whereas the soap is provided on the shared shower. Water dispenser is available if you want to refill you're water. There are two showers and two toilets for the six capsules in our shared room which is quite plenty. The shower have hot water running just fine.CONSNot the fault of the owner, but the common problems with shared facilities also happened here. People left the toilet without flushing, people left stuff in the hallway and makes it feels cramped, talks very late with loud voice. The capsule is mostly plastic, so noise travel easily. Noise cancelling headphones is extremely helpful. Please note that there is no power plug, only one USB-A 5V and one USB-A 12V. No USB-C as well, which is the more common plug nowadays. The WhatsApp number they gave you is not responding, I'd suggest go directly to the front desk.Overall it's an enjoyable stay

The only advantage of this capsule hotel is just the location (in the heart of central Jakarta). The other facilities just like an ordinary capsule hotel, and tends not to be worth the price. The outdoor lounge is not female and non-smoker friendly. The chair is made of hard aluminum. The prayer room is small and narrow. No kitchen. No refrigerator. Also no dining room. That’s bad.

It was nice that it wasn't too far from the station. There aren't many places to eat nearby, so I ate at a food stall.
