The service is considered good and satisfying. However, regarding the condition of the room, at that time I once had a room that when I locked it couldn't be opened again. My wife and I were trapped in the room, behind the door of the room was the hotel's (receptionist) cell phone number. But could not be contacted. Finally I screamed, and luckily the hotel heard. After that I asked to move to another room.Hopefully in the future it will be repaired and the hotel's cellphone number will be updated.

There are bad memories from staying here, the car tire burst because there was a sewer pipe that was sticking up, so changing the tire was out of budget. Please fix it immediately so there are no further victims. Thank You

The room smelled of cigarettes, you could also smoke in a room with air conditioning. Inside there is an ashtray. Where else to take a 3 month old baby? Just staying here for transit. Poor person bringing a baby because of the cigarette smoke. In the corridor on the 2nd floor there are lots of cigarette butts and boxes...

There is writing in front of the hot shower, but my room doesn't have it. In fact, you shower using a dipper.It says free drinking water but take it yourself outside the room. There is bottled drinking water in the room for a fee of 5 thousand.It says the bed is clean, not that much for me.It says there are toiletries. It turned out there weren't any, there weren't even towels.There's only 1 plug. So if you want to watch TV/use a light to sleep/charge, you have to change it.But my colleague got a room in the main corridor, which was really good.
