The hotel has nice rooms and the mattress is quite comfortable. I have stayed here many times without any problemsIn front of it there is a clothes laundryTry to make it more comfortable

First time staying here, very disappointed, the AC water was leaking, the mattress was dirty with lipstick marks etc. Yes, I couldn't ask to move rooms... just once... had to go back to the hotel I usually booked.

The hotel is good, clean, the staff are friendly, please check again if hotel guests ask for cleaning, please clean the rooms, try to have staff around so you know which rooms need to be cleaned

If the hotel facilities are good, they are clean, neat, fragrant, but please help the gro/cashier/receptionist, if there are guests, don't shout at karaoke, you work in a hotel, not a cafe...

Dont u ever stay in this hotel.. bad bad service..The customer service, named Susan, doesn't have a good attitude (bad attitude).. during the 4 day stay there was no comfort at all, I was approached and told to leave the room, of course I didn't want to... but I wasn't satisfied, the next day I was still I was also harassed and called to be told to leave the room... in the end in the morning I just checked out and moved to another hotel... instead of being continuously disturbed.
