I ordered via the application and paid from ewallat e. When I arrived at the location, there was no one from the hotel. How would I go in? If I didn't intend to do something like that, it's better to just close it, don't let more people get cheated and want to cancel, until now I won't get my money back, advice. It's better to just close the hotel instead of having the hotel burned down by annoyed people😡😡😡

Yesterday I checked in, I paid using my Gofay balance. Because the hotel couldn't bring it in, I was told to cancel it. What was even worse was that my balance money which had been deducted was not respected by Oyo & the Jakabaring sharia homestays.

Actually the location is comfortable, the shelter is also comfortable for us from the village, the water is smooth, the AC is cold, the TV is on. If it's difficult to find the location or the maps aren't quite right, don't worry, try using the maps in the Traveloka application or other applications. If you arrive at the homestay, there is no one on guard, you can't even make a phone call, don't worry, try going straight to RedDoorz Syariah (a type of accommodation which is around 150 M from Oyo Homestay) because the homestay Admin is on standby there.
