Good value for moneyHave everything Auntie is very kind and friendly.We got a bicycle to ride to the market.We stayed in the ground floor room. There is a bathroom in the room.There are complete amenities, Wi-Fi, TV, warm water. Phil comes to stay at his aunt's house. Not very far from the market.Can park 2 small cars in front of the house.

The ladies who run the hotel are very friendly, but the hotel is quite run-down.Apparently there are two different houses, they gave us a room in Ban Hao 2. Maybe in the main house the rooms are good, but our room had cobwebs from years ago, the bathroom was dirty, and we had chickens next to us with the roosters that start crowing at 4 AM.

It was a pleasure to be hosted in this house. Very clean and with a lot of interesting things and pictures to look and ask for, the lady owner is a very special person: good English, gentle, generous and ready to give informations and tell story and history about places. I do felt conformable and i will never forget the generous, simple, friendly hospitality of Ban Hao. All my thanks.

Good location and very kind owner. She speaks English very well. There are 2 parking space in front of the house style hotel. Also free wifi with password is available. There wasn’t enough hot water, this was only considered point. You can borrow hair dryer if you need. Overall, it was comfortable and good.

Very close to the walking street, comfortable, clean and neat accommodation. It's like staying at a relative's house. The owner is friendly. There are bicycles to ride. With other services There are loincloths available to borrow. Complete with sarongs for women to wear while walking around if they want to dress like Chiang Khan people. I'm impressed. Excellent.

If the house is a 2-story house, a hotel with many types of rooms but a shared bathroom, the 2nd floor is a shared bathroom, there is no extra bed, but an extra bed can be placed.There are free bicycle rentals. And the house for rent is not very far from the walking street. I'm not sure if there's car parking or not. Accommodation next to the main road3 people 600 baht
