Thank God. 2 night stay at this hotel. Comfortable rooms, service from friendly employees. The bathroom is clean and lots of water. Location is easy to reach. For eating and drinking, there is also an aesthetic cafe on the 3rd floor. Good place to rest. Anyway, the best. There's breakfast too. Recommend for those who travel to Lake Ranau.

I really don't recommend it, I really don't recommend booking via Traveloka, Agoda, etc., because the hotel reasons that they don't cooperate anymore but the application is still available, very disappointed with their service, if we don't force them to refund their money, they won't. Even though the promos given are from Traveloka and Agoda, not from them, ONCE AGAIN IT IS STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED BECAUSE FROM THE BEGINNING IT HAS DISAPPOINTED CONSUMERS....

A pleasant experience while on holiday at Lake Ranau, you get a really cozy place to stay at a relatively cheap price starting from IDR 100 thousand but you get a comfortable room, inside bathroom, fan, cupboard, table, chairs, mirror, get breakfast and a package is prepared Coffee, sugar, tea and most importantly here there are also free WiFi facilities and an aesthetic cafe💜👍

Safira GH Hotel, I stayed for 2 nights because the receptionist service was very friendly and smiling and the price was very worth it, starting from 100 thousand to 120 thousand, especially for VIP rooms the price was different.And coincidentally, I chose the 100 thousand room. For the room facilities, the price is only 100 thousand. We already get coffee, sugar, tea which you can make yourself in the room and breakfast. For mineral drinking water, we can arrange it ourselves because a dispenser is provided. Indeed, the hotel is not in a tourist area, but to get to The tourist spot only takes 10-15 minutes, for those who want to go on holiday, just stay at the Safira GH Hotel, the place is really comfortable😍😍
