strategic location but the villa is dirty like it wasn't swept yesterday under the bed there are lizards and the bathroom doesn't have hot water because it's broken the dispenser is also broken

The place is pretty good but the maintenance is very poor, the facilities are complete but many of them don't work, such as the shower doesn't work, the dispenser doesn't have a gallon, then the dishwasher is broken and dirty in the cupboard in the kitchen, and there are bedroom doors that are hard to close. Management needs to improve service and maintenance of the accommodation's facilities because of its strategic location in the Gunung Gare area

The room smells, out of nowhere it makes my head dizzy. Want to take a warm shower, the equipment is broken.One villa (house) consists of 3 rooms. So what we pay is the price per room. It could happen that we share a house with other guests.One house with one toilet with other people. Where the door to the room doesn't have a lock anymore. Our privacy has been greatly disturbed.

When you arrive directly, the price is different from the one in the APK. Where in one villa you can join other guests, the explanation in the APK is also not clear. It's different from the one you arrive in person. The rental is per room. It's not clear. Very disappointing.

The toilet was deadlocked, even though it had been open for 2 days but the water was turned off... so there was a bit of difficulty with water on the first day until there was no water. Had to go back and forth several times to the receptionist to ask for water. Then there was a bit of miscommunication with the receptionist, we reserved 2 rooms in the ex MTQ villa. It turned out that there were 3 rooms in one villa, so room 1 was still empty. The room will be filled with someone else who I don't even know who he is. However, the management of GK provided room keys for our privacy, but we wanted to share an empty room because we were afraid our privacy would be disturbed, the receptionist said we couldn't. Until finally the supervisor came to our room explaining that the room could be purchased. Not as explained by the SM receptionist. So the supervisor and receptionist like Mrs. GK are on the same page 🤪 We hope that this miscommunication will be a lesson for the management in the future.

For a fairly affordable price of around 1 million, for that price we get a house with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, gallon and dispenser, TV and breakfast for 6 people. The location is also comfortable and easy to reach but there is no public transportation. The building is made of wood so it doesn't feel too cold even though it is located in the mountains.
