Very inhumane hotel. We had booked since noon with Agoda with a long journey from Padang until 11 pm, it said the rooms were full. The reason for forgetting to close the application was, even though when we checked at 11 o'clock on Agoda it was still available.Very unfriendly to customers and cancels as he pleases. Be careful when ordering this accommodation via the application. Because they just want to cancel it
