The room is decent, the problem is that the bathroom smells of cigarettes, even though the blower is on, I ordered the no smoking one, it looks like the air circulation in the bathroom needs to be improved because there is a possibility that there is smoking in the bathroom so it spreads to other rooms via the blower

The first impression was that when we wanted to check in, we booked 3 rooms, we brought a lot of things and not a single hotel employee offered to bring things, we just ignored them, when we checked out it was okay... the rooms were not bad, we were in 3 rooms when we opened the curtains but it turned out to be just a wall, the room It's also not soundproof, when I accidentally looked under the bed I thought the room was being cleaned or not, how come there are so many tissues under the bed, the cups also look like they are in the room?

I went to this hotel on July 6-7 2024. When I checked in, I saw the bed, the sheets were dirty, even though when checking in the receptionist said, wait 15 minutes for the room to be cleaned again. It turned out that when I entered the room, the room was dirty, it had never been swept or mopped. The dirty toilet is never cleaned, it smells bad. Even though the price is quite good, 500 thousand or almost 600 thousand, the quality is like a great hotel. Jijaaaay.I saw from the review, the Manager; Asri Imran seems responsive. But there is no change in terms of hygiene. Fave owner, try reading the review of your hotel in Prabumulih once in a while, it's sad.
