For lodging, it's okay, I just paid in the Oyo application, but Ferezsa actually said that I had to pay in cash, because the application payment didn't go into Ferezsa's account. And it can't be refunded if you've already paid in the application. So you have to pay in full again at a different price from the application.

The price stated on the OYO application is not correct. when he arrived at the location he was asked for an additional 35 thousand. said the boarding house administrator, OYO could not cooperate regarding the room price.When you first entered the room it smelled damp like mold.

I ordered via Traveloka by paying for check-in at the place for myself, when I arrived I was told "the person is not clear" with a middle-aged man then what I asked was the package? Really!? I was confused about what package? Then I was told to call? What's the phone number? There wasn't any in the APK. I asked nicely, but the response was like that, so it didn't work and I was kicked out.

15mins walk from Demat station. It's a bit far but the area is quiet and peaceful. The staff don't speak english so you can use a translator when you communicate with them. They have free hot and cold water when you get thirsty. It's a nice place to stay away from the crowded city.

As for the place, it's clean, the only downside is the water because there's a clean water inspection 😁 3 days here there's no water, it only comes on in the morning and it's just a little insufficient for bathing, the rest is ok, the price is pocket friendly

The place is clean, the building is still relatively new, there is wifi, TV & AC in every room, the living room is spacious, there is a car park, there is a public kitchen too.It's just that maybe the room is aired occasionally even though it's empty.. So it doesn't smell of mold.. I keep sneezing either because of dust or mold due to the AC room not being turned on and opened for a long time.. 😅
