Ordered from Agoda when I got there, they said they were no longer cooperating with Agoda, they were told to refund, when they called Oyo Central they said they were still cooperating with Agoda.I don't know which one is correctUntil now I haven't been able to get a refund

I didn't come here on purpose because one of my friends ordered OYO Kusuma Residence but when I arrived the officer informed me that I hadn't collaborated with OYO for a long time.Please contact one number to refund the previous booking process at Traveloka. Arrived tired and needed to rest and shower, then my friend chose to just stay there by paying IDR 150,000/night while processing the previous order for a refund.The officer said it's been a long time since we cooperated, but why is it still appearing on Traveloka? The owner should have protested and asked to remove the name of the accommodation from Traveloka so that people wouldn't be harmed like this. Or was it deliberately not deleted so that people who were in a hurry to come would end up staying and paying again?Luckily the room was okay. Quite comfortable with heater in the bathroom. The parking area is also spacious. Unfortunately, there is no nameplate. A special board should be made, be it "KUSUMA KOS" or something as a marker.

Comfortable place. The bathroom is comfortable, there is a water heater, the price is affordable, the location is not too far from the center of Palembang city even though the location is not in front of the main road, it would be best to put up a billboard for the name of the boarding house so that those who have never been here can easily find it, because the location is in the interior housing area

The boarding house is comfortable and clean and has a large parking area... The place is hidden on Jalan Tanah Abang next to the Atyasa multi-purpose building, 24 hour CCTV gives a sense of security for those who stay in the boarding house.
