I've been a subscriber for a long time... but please give me your input, because cleanliness has started to decrease compared to before... the toilet has started to emit a bad smell... maybe it's because the gutter where the water is drained is clogged or something... the AC is turning on and off due to age. ,, the srpn thing seems to be according to the price,, it's not possible to get srpn because it's MESS but if you can go to the parking lot, it's possible, parking at the plmbng, the price of the land is expensive, so it's narrow but there are still guards who are ready to look after it,, service used to be really good, both day shift/ Last night, I was late for CO at 1/2 o'clock, but now at 12 o'clock I'm starting to grumble at the top, even though at that time it was also complicated to get on the road because of the gas pipe, I'm bringing a child, what's the problem? I had to leave the room... sorry boss 🙏

In the middle of the city, easy to find food, it happens to be next to a restaurant, parking is tight, you can't get breakfast, it's clean but the bathroom is outside the room, cold AC, TV, 3 bed room room 202 is quite spacious

Cleanliness is good, but.....gosh, it's so noisy that you can't rest, not only the guests but also the ladies and gentlemen who chat makes me dizzy with their chats and jokes with the guests (men)...especially since my room is right next to the reception desk... We should be able to maintain calm, it's difficult to get the room we want even though it was okay when booking, but when checking in there are lots of reasons... if you want a room with an ensuite bathroom, it's only on the ground floor where the entrance is narrow. Parking for cars can only be 2 cars, the rest are parked on the side of the road.

The price is cheaper than staying in a hotel. Close location & lots of places to eat. If you have a heavy suitcase, it's better to ask for a room downstairs, call first to book a room. Lots of mosquitoes so don't forget to ask for spray in the room. There is also hot water available for bathing, a sitting toilet. They also provide rooms that can accommodate 4-6 people. The point is, call first to book a room. Just check the telephone number on Google. Don't expect to be able to park your car, there is no available car park.

For the sales budget, it is expensive, 170 thousand / night, there is no breakfast, the rooms are poorly maintained, the cleanliness is adequate, there is a motorbike but it looks like it has never been used and is not maintained.Friendly staff..
