Clean room, no complaints. Service? Hilarious. From the start of check-in, there was no roomboy on standby to help with carrying/unloading goods. Asking for a bottle of mineral water, they weren't given it, even though they hadn't received their daily quota, because they weren't asked to clean their room. Overall, like an amateur hotel, or just playing around opening a business in the hospitality sector.

Some time ago, I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in room 305, when the sink faucet was turned on, the water always pooled and gave off a very strong unpleasant smell (sewage aroma). Hopefully it will be checked and repaired soon. 😊

The room is spacious but dusty, the fabric and pillowcases are not clean either.The TV is small and there are no good TV channels.The room is not soundproof, noise from outside can be heard.The toilet is small, the water faucet comes out very small.Coincidentally, my room door was broken due to low battery, I wasn't allowed to move rooms, fortunately it was resolved quickly.Ample parking, communicative service and receptionist.

[1. All rooms are non-smoking, even though I ordered on the application, my request for a smoking room was approved, okay, fine, I can understand that.2. The female receptionist was very unfriendly, curt. Don't ask about greetings. Asking for a deposit seems like I don't trust guests, even though I ordered 6 rooms (2 include breakfast, 4 without breakfast)3. I was very disappointed with the treatment of the breakfast guard who refused my guests without checking with the receptionist about my room reservation. We're not crazy about eating for free, we're not the ones who eat breakfast. We only took what was rightfully ours, I came down to show proof of my order for 6 rooms. That's also arguing. Without an apology, instead you still laugh at the arguments, you have to bring evidence to believe. Disappointment increased when it turned out that there was an area manager there but he was unable to solve the problem.In essence, this hotel is new, the rooms are nice, but it doesn't have staff who are experts in the hospitality sector. It's a shame that the hotel is good but the staff is not trained in the basics of hospitality, especially the female receptionist. And the duty officer had breakfast.

Went to this hotel because there was a wedding reception.Location on the top floor (if you take the elevator press the H button). For an event inviting 500 people, it's still quite spacious, there's ample parking. delicious food 👍
