VERY FUCKED UP, it didn't meet expectations, the order from the application was so bad that I was asked for new additions, there was something like that, well that's understandable, what's worse, the lobby room was hot, the room was like a boarding house, when I entered the room, oh my gosh, the ceramics were broken, the floor was dirty, the towels dirty, dirty doormats, walls with spiders all over them, noisy AC, really messy, I swear it's the first time I've met this little guy, in fact it's still nice to see his little boarding house... I'm really sorry, I'll just comment on everything I experienced, so I'll just go straight in out again

Just close this shack, there's already an additional fee, the place has lots of cockroaches, the mattress is bad, there's no AC remote, only the AC blower, the TV has no signal, the sheets are torn, the receptionist isn't clear, just close it and this is a real waste place

Please improve the facilities and services.There are lots of tests that raise questions about additional costs, etc. I was desperate to stay here and it didn't feel worth it. Let the pictures tell more of the story.

REALLY SEVERE. I ordered via the blue application, until the receptionist was asked to add money. when I saw the room ZONKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK. Crazy, this is no longer appropriate to give to guests. The price I paid was 140 thousand (blue application) at the reception I asked for 70 thousand for amenities (TOTAL 210 thousand). Immediately wanted to CHECK OUT when checking in my deposit was deducted by 30 thousand for amenities. My advice is that for that price it's better not to go here, there are still plenty of other OYO HOTEL / REDDORZ that are more worth it. Service is less friendly and uninformative. The most inappropriate hotel I've ever been to, I felt like I was being pranked.

The building is not well maintained, dark and smellyOrdering online when checking in is asked for an additional fee and it is mandatory for the cost of soap etcThe rooms are clean but the building is outdated, the AC is not cold and the water drips until it floods, complaints have been made but no action has been takenThe TV has no channels, no plugsThe winner is if you get breakfast in the morning at a strategic location

Overall, staying here feels kinda comfortable and satisfying. Although when I opened my room curtains there was no special view or just the street and water tower 'cause the hotel is located in an urban area. This hotel is quiet, that's the important point, so our privacy will not be disturbed. It's also exciting because the location is strategic, close to Alfamart and close to Indomaret, hahaha. So yeah, that's my experience. Thank you, owner.

I usually sleep in five-star hotels.. Sleeping at an Oyo hotel is really complicated.. When I wanted to check in, I was told to pay 30 thousand for bath soap, I had to pay cash.. Normally, all the facilities are free from the hotel.

The hotel is in a quite strategic location, close to the city center. Finding food is also easy, lots of it around the hotel. The hotel rooms are quite good and quite clean, maybe because it's been a long time, so some of the facilities are not functioning properly, such as lights that are broken, sinks that are clogged, just need maintenance. there is an elevator. Hopefully it can be improved again in the future..

The worst hotel with facilities that are not worth it at all. I had booked and TF from morning to evening when I wanted to check in. The receptionist said the room I booked was not available (told to change rooms and add money). The other disadvantages are that the receptionist is not friendly (only 2 people are employed), the rooms are dirty, the TV and telephone don't work, the shower faucet is small, there is no water heater, the building is not well maintained, additional money @ 30k / room is forced to pay for soap and toothbrushes. There is nothing good at all, this hotel is not recommended...

This hotel is careful when you want to check in, I checked in via Oyo and already paid 200 to the application, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that I was no longer working with Oyo, as a result I couldn't stay there and my money couldn't be refunded. In my opinion, it's just a matter of not working together anymore, I won't be willing to lose the money yesterday. There will definitely be retribution for people who cheat.

Those who work here all eat illegal money, when they want to check in they are forced to ask for an additional 70 thousand, if this is the way you do it, no one will want to subscribe and you are the one who loses, you don't even know marketing knowledge, stupid management!! when I checked in, it took so long to write this, the receptionist was so aggressive, she wanted me to punch her in the face!! the place is scary, dusty, the AC and TV are broken, for those of you who don't know, don't come here!!! highly not recommended!!!
