Comfortable, friendly price (according to the facilities available) Not noisy because it is not next to a busy road. There is a shared kitchen downstairs. Kitchen utensils can be used but you must be responsible for cleaning them after use. There is a water purifier so you don't need to buy mineral water if you want to save money. There is a refrigerator which is also shared. So you can store frozen food, fruit and other foods.
