Very good value for money, at reception the staff does not speak English very well but with Google translation communication is ok, spacious room, simple but functional bathroom, close to the beach and diving centers.

I got the worst case of bed bug bites here and they were completely unsympathetic, they didn’t offer any consolation & showed no sense of responsibility for it. I have over 40 bites all over my stomach, arms, chest, legs. Terrible customer service.

We stayed one night at D'jana's during our visit to Amed. We loved the city, the surrounding area but a little less our hotel. …

Dirty room, bathroom without toilet paper, towel or hot water... Staff not very present and who seemed bothered by our questions. While passing through Amed, we loved this fishing village, the good fish restaurants but hated our accommodation.To top it off, when we returned to the room after spending the morning at the beach, we were missing a bag! ! The staff doesn't care and replies that they don't know anything... We complain but nothing helps! This stay spoiled the end of our trip to Indonesia.So some advice: move on...
