cool hotel with a very chic view)) The owner Mode is a very cool guy, hospitable)) can even offer to drink local vodka together) There is a beach nearby, a bay with a sunken ship nearby. The rooms are clean, tidy, the area is very well maintained. I recommend it to everyone and will definitely return to this hotel =)

Brilliant location for lovers of a good view when they get up in the morning. The facility is clean and thoroughly maintained by the staff. The staff is also very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom needed an overhaul, so a star deduction. Outdoor pool with a fantastic view over the sea. WiFi works but is a bit slow.All in all, I could last longer than 3 days.

+ The owner was really friendly, and I had fried onion at the restaurant and it was really delicious. But that's it for this accommodation ㅠㅠ Again.- I made a reservation based on reviews saying the sea view from the pool was really nice, but first of all, the smell of disinfectant in the pool was really strong. It was the worst I've ever been to, so much so that I was scared to take a dip. The accommodation... is truly a magical space. If you even slightly touch the bag or the place where you left your luggage, 3-4 mosquitoes will fly into the air. Even if you roughly clap your hands, you can easily catch mosquitoes haha. There is no water in the bathroom sink. Electric pot is in the worst condition. Even if you turn on the air conditioner on full blast, the heat doesn't go away. At least I was able to live in the evening, but the electricity went out in the hotel in the evening. The owner happened to be at a festival somewhere and was away doing work, so I experienced a hellish night because it was hot and humid and there was no wind. I was so embarrassed that the staff asked me if I didn't want to eat breakfast, but I packed my bags and left without even looking back. Oh, and the breakfast wasn't delicious anyway... The owner said he wanted to make good memories in Amed, but other than the Paradise Bungalow accommodation in Amed, there were only really good memories left.

To be honest, this was my first bad experience with an AirBNB accommodation.When we checked in we were absolutely in love with the view, especially with the view we had from the pool.But then we found a leaking toilet in our bathroom. Every time we used it, it lost water on the ground and the floor was covered in toilet water. Beside that, we had many cockroaches which was absolutely disgusting! They were everywhere (in the bathroom).Then we had an interesting chat with the hotel manager about the Balinese culture and their traditions. He told me that men are the dominant and are higher than woman. After half an hour my friend left the conversation and I continued the chat with the manager. After a while it started to get strange. He asked about my boyfriend (cause I was traveling with my feminine friend - my boyfriend was in Canggu at that time). Then all of a sudden he asked me about „having fun“ and keeping it as a secret. I thought he is just interested about how we handle situations like this in Germany and I explained him that we call that „cheating“ and „lying“ and so on. At all times I told him how close Me and my boyfriend are, but he kept asking the same question and I started to feel very uncomfortable and I had a bad feeling. I left the conversation and went back to my friend.After that we had two other strange situations, where we wanted to pack our scooters for a drive and he and his friends stayed around us calling us „hey, hey, hey“ until they got a reaction and then they laughed unpleasant.Sorry, but there were a lot of lines crossed, which is not acceptable for me at all.I hope we are the only ones who had this bad experience, but I would never ever come back and would recommend others, especially girls, to look for another accommodation.Sidenote: I booked the trip via AirBNB and tried to write a review, but since the AirBnB review system only published reviews, when the other party writes a review too, it does not get published.He obviously knows, that his behaviour was inappropriate and not acceptable, so he is not giving me a review.
